First time buyer.…
After initially seeing purchased vehicle on line, purchase was completed in 48 hours. The process of viewing and test driving was hampered by the vehicle mistakenly not being on site at first visit, but overall experience was positive and supportive. Really nice staff, very engaging and friendly.

Do proper vehicle checks before leaving!
My vehicle was mid clean when I arrived. It was covered in water and rain. This didn’t help for visualising the state of the windscreen / bodywork! There are chips and scratches all over my bodywork that weren’t visible due to the clean. Also 2 chips in the windscreen in areas I couldn’t really see. One was hidden behind the sun visor that had been put down for my test drive, granted I should have seen from outside the car. The second in the bottom right corner, which was covered in raindrops from the water/rain, which was only visible once I’d left the showroom, on my way home, when it was too late. Called for support, took ages to get through to after care, who just advised it’s been through AA inspection, and because it’s not in a place that would fail an MOT, and the warranty doesn’t cover glass, there’s nothing they can do about it. You may say it’s my own fault but i don’t doubt the best efforts were made to disguise these defects on the vehicle.

Would recommend
From the time I walked through the door to the time I drove away in my new car I found the experience to be relaxed but professional. At no point did I experience any hard sell and Deontae listened to what I was saying and what I wanted. Having pre-booked appointment for a specific car, it was nice to find that it was delivery ready when I got there. As for the car itself, absolutely gorgeous 5 series BMW that was very competitively priced.

After sale services totally shit once your payment gone through they don’t want to see you more I brought a car haven’t enough gas to go petrol station engine stop after 0.2 mile
As i checked as a new vehicle i told the guy who serve us he said don’t worry its definitely run to station as its a new car to me i don’t have idea about it
It’s not only that after two days engine pops up management light I tried 4-5 times to the customer care no body answer my call
I’m totally fed up with this

Car not as described
My daughter wanted to buy car and spoke on phone to ascertain condition of car. Was assured by 2 people that car was clean with no marks on bodywork! Was told that any work needed on car would have already been done as the car was ready to go! On this basis she travelled from London to Wolverhampton and all being in accordance with what she was told would buy the car. On arrival however, on inspection, it was immediately clear that she had been misled! It was not as described when advertised and discussed with her. Bodywork marked in several places ,bumper had a bad mark. It looked like small holes in bodywork and attempt made to repaint one of these with the wrong colour. Salesman apologized and admitted she was misled. Rejected the car as dealer wouldn't make suitable price reduction to have the repairs done. Wanted refund of train fares to compensate for travel but they refused. Would not trust this company again! Misleading information given on phone.
