The tripod I bought is faulty. No one has offered to help. I have asked for a return. No one has got back to me. Worst tripod I’ve ever owned. Can’t wait to get rid of it. Not impressed by your customer service.

My second shooting tripod from Vanguard, the aluminium Endeavour is a well designed, well made item, incorporating their own GM-70 aluminium rubber lined clamp. In use, it has just the right amount of weight to be stable, without being too heavy to carry around.
An all round great product that I would reccomend to any shooter.

I had an issue with my old tripod model and needed an Arc Swiss head for my L bracket. These guys provided great information and a discount code for the ball head needed. Amazing service

My Endeavor binoculars required some work on the eye piece and a new cover. The replacement part was handled swiftly, whilst Neil dealt efficiently with the repair. I would not hesitiate to recommend this company and their products. Their aftercare was second to none.

I had a slight issue with a couple of twist locks not locking properly on my Vanguard Alta Pro2+ 263AB100 Tripod. As a landscape photographer, this tripod has been in constant use in all sorts of weather from the Highlands of Scotland to the coast of Northumberland and beyond. It is an essential piece of kit and had been working so well for me. Fortunately, it was still under warranty (just!) and Neil at Vanguard dealt with my claim very quickly. I thought I would have to return the tripod for repair and pay delivery costs etc. However, Neil was able to organise a replacement. To my surprise, I will be the very proud owner of a VEO 3+ 263AT, which is a considerable upgrade. I was so happy, I purchased a VEO BH-160S ball head to go with it. I can't thank Neil and Emma at Vanguard for this amazing customer service and I look forward to using my new kit when it arrives. A review on here of my new setup will be forthcoming as you would expect.

I incorrectly ordered the wrong size lens caps. They were replaced foc immediately.

The staff were great. The replacement binoculars were despatched and received rapidly, and when the batch was found to be faulty they immediately replaced them with an upgraded model, refunded the postage and most importantly kept me advised of the situation. I would wholeheartedly recommend their optical products and laud their customer service.

The yoke stand is stable. Middle soft inner part, where the gun rests, solid from outside. The delivery was ok - no delays or issues.
