Excellent Binoculars at a great price in sale.

I bought this monopod as soon as saw the added stability of the three feet on the bottom, happy with purchase and with the images produced!

Vanguard delivered our new binoculars very promptly. We tested the binoculars on a trip to Iceland. They were superb and very easy to use and are excellent value for money

Ordered Grey Vanguard Veo Active 53 via amazon - excellent bag. Very versatile, well made and comfortable. Can carry loads of gear - camera, lenses overnight gear. Unfortunately ordered the grey backpack and it was delivered with green inserts and attachments. I contacted Vanguard and their service was quite honestly excellent.
Replaced with grey inserts with no question and customer service was a delight to communicate with. If only all companies responded like vanguard. Couldn’t ask for more on top of a quality bag 👍🏻

I had a problem with part of my tripod, which was immediately resolved. Service was prompt, straightforward and courteous, which is exceptional enough when compared to my other experiences to warrant this review

I have previously ordered mutliple Vanguard products and own 4 of their Supreme cases. However recently they failed to honour a promotion on their website (free accessory case with a purchase) that stated max 2 per household.

Ordered a bag for myself and another for my daughter. However when we each claimed I was advised these receipts were duplicate despite the link for the receipt on my submission for 2 completely different receipts. I was asked to provide the "missing" receipt on 29th April and I followed this up on 1st May. I have not had a reply to either email since then.

Very disappointed in this poor service. I have since returned one of the bags on principle and will be looking to a different company in future.

EDIT: Your reply makes no sense as I submitted the claim for the Alta 42 bag on the 16th April a day before I ordered the Alta 52 bag on 17th April. The first order is the one you processed and sent the accessory pouch from then declined the Alta 52. How could you not have received this receipt when I can still use the link on the claim form to see this receipt for the Alta 42? I have previously been emailing someone with the initials LL (I obviously don't want to put names on here). I sent 2 emails to their email that you say are missing.

I have forwarded the relevant emails to the marketing email if someone can look at this as you've left a 12 year old very disappointed.

UPDATE 2: I have forwarded the relevant emails and no-one at Vanguard can be bothered to reply after 4 working days, but they are wanting to quickly put on a front here replying to my review. Terrible. Don't be fooled.

Vanguard Alta Sky 66 Although this bag is pretty comfortable and does the job it is designed for ive found the quality over the time I've owned it to be substandard firstly one of the clips to hold tripod in place snapped secondly the velcro has come away from some of the internal padding meaning it no longer stays in place correctly and thirdly the upper chest strap has completely come of the runner used to adjust the height.
Can't fault the after care after my initial disappointment thanks very much.

Bought a Vanguard tripod through LCE but unfortunately I had an issue with it. Vanguard, especially Jeremy, were incredibly helpful in resolving the problem and even offered to send out a replacement part. I also own one of their bags, which is my main carry when I’m out in the field. Excellent customer service and solid, reliable products. I would highly recommend them.

Good product range at exceptional good prices

I purchased the Vanguard Alta Sky 42 and could not be happier with it. My genre is mainly birding but also landscape so I needed something to hold a long lens and others also. I use OM Systems and this holds the 150-400mm (Big White) nicely along with other lenses that are needed and camera bodies. There is space for other accessories plus facilities to attach monopod/tripod. There is even a pull out waterproof cover. Altogether, a first rate camera bag.

Arrived in good time. I haven't been able to use the products much yet

Excellent quality items.
I have several Vanguard tripods and bags and each one has excellent build quality and functionality. Their products are definitely built to last, you certainly get what you pay for with Vanguard. Top quality.
