The only reason you didn’t get 5 stars is because 1 of the 2 bracelets I gifted was supposed to be yellow gold (the other was correctly silver) and white gold was delivered.

Malachite rings purchased. Rings were advertised as 925 sterling silver, no 925 hall mark on ring. The ring is silver plated so will discolour with wear. Trading standards are not being followed here... Ver mais

I still haven't received the second…

I still haven't received the second ring from the buy one get one free offer even though you assured me it was on its way weeks ago. Secondly the cross ring I bought as silver is already tarnished and turning my finger green. Would never recommend this site.

MALACITE RINGS NOT GENUINE

I also purchased the malachite empower rings... they are not genuine solid 925 sterling silver.. they are plated and cheap crap... the stones are not genuine unless by some miracle they sourced two that are literally exactly the same. They are fake.

Took them ages to arrive received nothing until I raised a PayPal claim and suddenly they were dispatched the next day.

Really disappointed.

Valante watch - Totally rubbish

Bought a Valante watch for my partner. It took almost three weeks to arrive despite a claim for rapid delivery.

When we compared the blood pressure (BP) of the smart watch with that of our hospital, the smart watch BP was nowhere near to that of the medical equipment. THIS COULD BE DANGEROUS & was certainly misleading.

Whilst sitting down, the “steps taken” continued to increment.

In short, this product is rubbish and represents one of the worst €100+ that I have spent!

I bad customer service sent a few emails about my purchase…

I sent a few emails about my purchase being wrong and they have been ignored.
I especially chose this company as the necklace came beautifully boxed with a little card with a little poem to my daughter IT DID NOT it was a bad photo copy saying to my mom
If I new this I would of bought it from somewhere else as a standard necklace and standard to expensive for cheap necklace would not recommend this company as well as they bombard you with emails to buy again with no apology for getting it wrong

I have been waiting for over a month…

I have been waiting for over a month to receive 2 boxes which were damaged and also 3 Granddaughter bracelet message cards as I was sent cards for rings. I have been given 3 order numbers over the month i.e 28162:28421:28703: but have not received anything. Your service is terrible.
