The only reason you didn’t get 5 stars is because 1 of the 2 bracelets I gifted was supposed to be yellow gold (the other was correctly silver) and white gold was delivered.

Perfect jewelry for gifts for my three daughters! Although their sense of style is each very different, Vassias has the perfect pieces to tickle their fancies. The Hug Rings are a marvelous gift for my husband and I to gift our grown daughters to assure we will be there for them, hugging them long after we are gone. The sunflower spinner ring delighted my middle daughter with its cheery spinning flower watched closely by an adoring bee. The quality is first class; the clever designs top notch. You don’t need to look anywhere other than Vassias to please your favorite ladies☺️

Nice products, shame about delivery service
I was really impressed with the jewellery designs and great value so placed an order for a couple of things around the 8th March in time for Mother’s Day on the 23rd March.
I received an email from Vassias saying that delivery could be up to 20 days which wasn’t apparent upon ordering so I emailed to find out when my delivery was due. Lo and behold my email response was much like a typical taxi company ‘just around the corner’ - yeh right, how coincidental, but it arrived two days later. I wonder how long I’d have waited if I didn’t chase.
My second order (ordered on the 8th March as well) was still outstanding despite having received the first one already. So I chased it up and they once again said it’s out for delivery and then a few days later I received it. It was starting to feel like a case of he who shouts loudest gets their items delivered soonest. In any case the package that was delivered was missing an item.
I emailed about the missing item and they were very responsive to be fair to them and had been with my other emails, and wanted to see what had been delivered. So I sent a photo of the package I received and they said they would send the missing item.
It finally came, completing my ordering experience on April 21st a total of 43 days waiting time. They say they are in the Netherlands, I fail to see why it takes that long to deliver items from the Netherlands to the UK.
I appreciate the global conditions we face but there are many many mail order companies managing to deliver a better service. To me there is no excuse for such poor service and I will never use them again. It’s just not worth the hassle.
If they get their act together it would be a successful business. It’s such a shame.

Beautiful earrings: but unsafe.
I absolutely love your beautiful earrings but the backs are not secure: they need metal posts rather than plastic which is too soft; they fall off. I had to order a second pair: one of the original pair fell off and I could not find it.

Ear wires bent; fell out while wearing
Ear wires bent all out of shape when putting them in, and they managed to fall out even with the little plastic holders. So disappointed because I just love the shape.
