I ordered a tee shirt from VeeTrends. It was shipped via USPS - but never arrived. The problem was either theft from my mailbox or a mis-delivery. I did not contact the company until after their 30-day return period. Despite that, I was given an apology and a full refund from Adam (company rep). Unlike some reviews, I found VeeTrends to be responsive in a timely manner and desirous to make things right.

Never shipped my windbreakers, no response.

These people scammed us. We ordered over $4000 worth of windbreakers ($50 per person) and not only did they not deliver it on time, they keep on giving us false tracking numbers. Never order from this place unless you want to get robbed.

I ordered about a 100 jackets for a non profit and they scammed us and never shipped or delivered any product, the customer support sucks. They always LIE, make fake promises and every one of them is using a fake name.
Trust me, once you talk to them you’ll see that Kevin Blake and Kyle aren’t who they say they are.

Save yourself the headache, I have to fill up a civil claim for small amounts and get the nonprofits money back through court.

Check BBB, and all other sources, scammers.

The real companies name is Risaveena inc. and they run multiple scams such as JustBlanks VeeTrends and USCustoms.

Save the headache, time, money and effort and let this fake buisness rotten and suffer until they give the money back to all the victims.

I hope they feel good about stealing from 16/17 year olds who had to collect this money.

Company was trying to defraud us out of nearly 900.00. We tried to cancel 5 minutes after we ordered, they said its too late. They then said they would refund only after the items were shipped.

Paypal sided with us. Worst company we have ever attempted to do business with..

Ordered 6 customized shirts and it took 3 months for the order to get here. Then when it got here the order was shorted by a shirt. I called and was told they would have someone call me back. No one ever called back, so I called back still I will have someone call you back. The only thing that was good was the custom design. I will never order from them again

Veetrends is now a popular online clothing store for people who love to shop, like me. They have a lot of different kinds of clothes, from simple T-shirts to stylish outfits for all different tastes.

Bad customer service. They do not ship the same day as advertised on their website. I reached out a few times and get a different answer every time on when they will ship out my order.

The competitive pricing makes it the best available option for those on a budget, although some improvements on the website could also enhance the overall experience.

Ordered 6 shirts. Received 1. Told to wait 2 days. Called again. Told to wait 2 days. Received refund for 1 item. Seller keeps the rest of my money?

Ordered. Next day received email stating "your packageS shipped" showing ALL 6 shirts. ALL had the same tracking number.
Received 1 package weighing 0.6oz with ONE item.
Received email "Your packageS have arrived" listing 6 shirts arrived.
walmart.com shows status of all 6 shirts as delivered.
Waste time calling walmart. Told to wait 48 hours. ??
Next day received "Your refund was initiated" email showing 1 shirt item. No explanation regarding why refund was initiated.
Received refund for cost of 1 shirt item.
Refunding only 1 item, and receiving only 1 item, walmart & shipper JustBlanks seem to think keeping $64.41 + tax of my money is ok.
Waste time waiting the 48 hours out, then calling walmart yet again.
Told to wait ANOTHER 48 hours for refund of cost of remaining 4 shirt items.
More than a month later I remember, & sure enough, no refund. Another hour playing phonegames and finally speaking to a person & finally getting IMMEDIATE REFUND while on the phone with walmart.
Literally hours of my time dealing with this because JustBlanks and walmart refuse to hire/pay anyone enough to actually use their brain when processing orders. Who could be so stupid as to ship 1 item to fill an order of 6 items?
Two different times JustBlanks has looked at an order of multiple items and responded with ONE item. How is that possible?

I ordered several shirts from Veetrends on Amazon based on the listing saying free returns as I wasn't sure if the shirts would fit. They turned out to be too long, but when I tried to return the shirts, Veetrends lied and said Amazon would provide a pre-paid return label. I contacted Amazon and they said they do not provide pre-paid return labels for 3rd party sellers and I would have to pay to return the items. I asked Amazon how they are allowed to fraudulently list the items as free returns if that is not the case. They basically said they didn't know and it was my problem. Don't purchase anything from Veetrends. They are blatantly lying to people with their free returns listings. And Amazon sucks for not doing anything about it.

I accidentally ordered two blouses in different size and decided to return the smaller size. I kept getting the run around with needing an authorization code. The instructions were to log into Amazon and go to returns and they would send the code, but never did.
I decided to send the blouse to a good friend of mine because it was easier.
Even thought I like the brand of blouse, I will never order from them agin.

Purchased a mock turtleneck sweater from this company through Amazon.ca. It took forever to receive the order and it did not fit. I returned it and had to pay the return shipping charge of $23.13 Canada post. I paid $29.95 for the sweater so I end up with a total refund of $6.82!!!!!! Thank for nothing Veetrends

This store spammed my website with advertising and my site has nothing to do with clothing. He is just a spammer

I bought 4 shirts from Veetrends which was $80 dollars BUT I was charged $66 for “expedited” shipping and handling. The shirts came late. I’m contacting Amazon for a refund. Veetrends customer service is horrible.

Order though Amazon total of 2 Sweatshirts was $30.23 shipping and handling was $83.97. Fran from Amazon contacted you, but I have had no response from you. I have not opened the package ordered 12/15/2022 return address is Lewisberry, PA It was shipped next day air which I did not request nor did I receive it that fast.

I purchased the shirts through Amazon. Two size shirts (4 in each size) Sm & medium. However, the mediums were too big. I did the refund through Amazon which then informs me I had to print a USPS shipping label to ship directly to the store where they were actually purchased (Veetrends) at a hefty shipping charge which was insane. As of today I'm still waiting on my credit to appear in my account. Never again will I purchase from this company through Amazon or directly. Biggest mistake ever!!!

This company is absolute dishonest garbage. First I request delta platinum shirts to be screen printed. The rep then useless me on DTG saying it would save me money. I agreed and made the purchase on May 17. 8 days later (May 25) they inform me this model shirt cant use DTG. How could they not know that and why take so long? So I agree to go back to screen printing. Then they go silent. On May 31, they tell me it will be 5 days from printing to shipping. The week of June 6th, they tell me it will ship Thursday June 9. Nothing happens. Friday June 10 they say that was a mistake and it will ship that day. Nothing. Then they tell me it will ship that weekend. Nothing. June 13 they tell me "You will receive your order In Hand by June 15th or 16th." On June 15 they finally send me UPS tracking. They tell me it will arrive the next day (Thursday June 16). I immediately click tracking which says it will arrive Friday. So they lied to me. I sell these at conventions and because of all their delays I missed 4 conventions of potential revenue. To add insult to injury, the screen prints are crooked. I havent even looked at all of them but the first 3xls and 2xls I pull out aren't even straight. These are horrible.. They need to make this right or im doing a charge back
