SCAMMERS. Don't bother, more overseas operators ripping off the unsuspecting. When a man with a very thick Indian accent tells you his name is "Kyle Edwards", hang up the phone.

Customer support was amazing. The website for Veetrends was somewhat cumbersome, as i was navigating thru the process for ordering. Would suggest, making the site, more user friendly. What changed the experience to a full positive, was the customer service. assisted with how to order, the font choices, and how fast the order arrived. A big shout out to: KYLE!!

terrible company- i was sent something entirely different than what was ordered and then they tell you to call amazon to cancel the replacement order instead of THEM providing the customer service-coorespondence e mails then make it look as if it is your own fault

I found Veetrends online & decided to give them a try for T-shirts. They sell single & bulk quantities. I ordered a total of 22 T-shirts in 2 different orders. The first order I received only 10 of 15 items. Veetrends does not provide any tracking information & customer service is below par. I received 1 from the second order & called customer service 8 days later inquiring about the other 6 T-shirts. I was told all 6 were out of stock but I never received notification & again NO TRACKING info on my orders. Customer service failed to notify me of items being out of stock & a refund was due to me. Veetrends wanted to charge the full shipping cost for the 1 T-shirt I did receive. Overall, I would NOT recommend this company. I will NEVER do business with Veetrends again.

Just received my chambray shirt. I was hesitant but decided to trust my gut while going over their sizing chart. I wear a 12/14, L/XL in most tops, I like roomy tops, but Veetrends size chart said I would need a XXL and they were spot on. Shirt is well made, roomy w/o being baggy; I will be able to wear it under tops or vests and alone. Very happy, looks to be sturdy, seams are well finished.

Bought through Amazon but shipped from Vtrends.and tshirt did not fit. Same size I've used for years. They charge you to package and return which nears the full price paid for the shirt. Decided to keep and use for dusting. Would never purchase anything from VTRENDS again. 0 Stars

Veetrends processed a return for me in no time at all. I ordered a shirt that the delivery company lost. Less than 24 hours they responded and started my refund. Awesome customer service!

Waiting on an order for over two weeks never received a notification from them. Message finally messaged them to get a response and they finally told me my order was canceled due to computer error. They said the wrong prices was in the computer so they canceled my order but forgot to tell me ha ha Ha worst company ever was on the phone with them for hours. We asked to talk to the manager that took 30 minutes or so and got the same sad story they would not honor what we ordered...
I have been screwed over from this company too many times... and I order a lot... I just don’t understand when something is out of stock why they don’t contact you. The customer always has to contact them to find out why they have not received their order to find out it’s no longer available.

My order is late, I’ve made four inquiries about it with zero response and now I’ve no choice but to dispute the purchase with Paypal. Is this a real company??? I see the occasional good review on here but gee...are we talking about the same Veetrends?

The website says "Orders placed before 1 pm ship the same day". I placed my order and waited. Two days later I still had not received shipping information, so checked the site, and my order status says Not yet shipped. I waited another day, the order status still says not yet shipped. So I contacted customer service, and I was told that my order was going out, I would have the tracking information shortly. I waited until 8 pm, still did not have any tracking information. So I contacted customer service again. I was told my order was being shipped, I would have my tracking number by the end of the day. I waited until 4 pm the next day, still the order status is Not yet shipped. Contacted customer service AGAIN. Waited for 12 minutes while they looked up my order, to be told yet again they are working on the order. Still no closer to receiving my order. According to their site, with same day shipping and 2-5 day delivery, I should have the order by now. But it still has not been sent.

**UPDATE** Received part of my order. Still waiting on the rest. It has been over 3 weeks.

Contacted them again today, was told that my order was shipped in full. The entire process with this company has been a fight. They certainly didn't have an issue taking my money, but they can't seem to figure out how to fulfill their orders.

I ordered twice accidentally, the company refunded my money and allowed me to keep the duplicate item also. I appreciate great customer service. Thank yoy

The order I received was not what I expected, it was youth sizes not adult even though there is nothing on the order or website that says youth anywhere. I had to contact them 4 times over 15 days to finally get a return label. They lied at every contact and told me the shipping label would be sent immediately and the correct items would be sent the same day. I placed the original order on 10/3 and it was received on 10/5. I contacted them on 10/5, 10/11,10/16, and 10/22 before finally getting a return label. Where is the order they told me was shipped on 10/5, and the one they assured me was shipped on 10/11 and again on 10/16??? Will never order again because of the poor customer service. I contacted them by phone, email and chat. Don’t bother with email because that was never once answered.

Fast order processing and shipping. Good quality product.
