Not sure whether the Versace wallpaper…

Not sure whether the Versace wallpaper greek key is from here, but at £69.00 a roll I'm not convinced it's the best. It shows every little tiny tiny bump through it. It states no pattern match....errr I beg to differ it's more like a 56cm match if you want all the lines to match up.
70cm wide is unusual but it didn't help me as I had a three metre drop to contend with. Will I buy Versace again...NO.

Do not trust what you see

I ordered what I thought was a hand carved cane with a beautiful color. It took over one Month for it to arrive. It was an ugly red stained piece of wood that didn't look anything like the picture shown on Facebook and it was not varnished. It screwed together in 3 pieces and the pieces did not line up. They should be ashamed, selling something like this.

I emailed versace customer support because my new glasses I recived from my birthday the logo medusa fell off on the first week and there is not one glass shop that can replace it. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTHS NOW AND NO ONE FROM VERSACE IS REPLYING TO HELP ME OUT. I WILL NEVER EVER WEAR ANYTHING WITH YOUR BRANDING, YOU DISGRACEFUL BUNCH OF F CLOWNS 🖕 VERSACE

I was given a versace rob for Christmas…

I was given a versace rob for Christmas 2021. I am slim man. I have a rip under each arm. I have had other robs that's more comfortable and durable. I hate this rob. Im going to see if i can get it fixed or refunded. I am very very disappointed.

I will never buy from Versace online…

I will never buy from Versace online ever again. They do not have a exchange policy which they should know items may not fit. They just have you send it back then it takes all together 5 business days to look at the item then an additional 14 days before you receive your money instead of just letting you get another size. For them to be so expensive they suck and will never purchase with them again

Worst CS experience ever

I had ordered 2 similar items on 4th July one of which was supposed to be shipped from Italy, I recieved one of the items with no issues but the second item which was supposed to arrive from Italy has not been recieved yet. I have had multiple conversations with CS but everytime they have a same response of "they will report the case to the relevant team", they said will contact me "as soon as possible" but never have I recieved a follow up initiated from their end or even a genuine apology. I have even taken the initiative & contacted DHL who already confirmed shipment was lost & they have asked Italy team to refund already to which Versace CS claimed they have not recieved any confirmation from DHL yet. I even contacted the Italian CS dirtecly via the italian website but they simply asked me to call an international phone number which I didnot call as the phone bill to resolve the issue will probably be higher than the cost of my item. Also if customers are expected to only call into other countries & make efforts to track down the items that they already paid for then why have other international CS channels? There was one instance where CS chat also showed me unavailble for 20 mins in between a conversation probably expecting me to disconnect the chat. It is really disappointing that a company which is supposed to be a luxury brand offers such negative experience to customers. At this time I really think my money is gone unless I go through the hassle of disputing. I will NEVER be purchasing anything through their website as it has not only left a bitter taste but also had me heartbroken as the item was supposed to be a special gift for someone.

Do not buy anything from Versace online it takes them 2 to 3 days just to process your order and then another day if you pay for it to be overnighted and weekends they do not deliver so it takes about roughly a week just to get your items they are the worst. I need it my shirt for a wedding and everything is a disaster

Versace Poor Customer Service when there is a Shipping Problem

I placed an order on their online store this month. The delivery was quick. The box that the items were in looked great no damage or view of tampering. When I opened it up. There were 2 very nice black boxes. I opened them up and there were only 2 swim suits. Then I thought well maybe the 3rd will be in a separate shipment. But on the packing slip that is not what it indicated. It showed all 3 were to have been in the shipment. I called up. and i had to take a ton of pictures which I did and send them to them. But I also told them I do not want to loose out on the item I had ordered and that it was still available. No response I repeated it twice. Finally a couple of days later i get an email from UPS saying they were investigating. Then another email came shortly after it and they did not want the evidence and had ended the investigation. I am not the one who shipped it. Did not know why I was getting this info. They said they had sent the info to the shipper. I get an email from Versace that tells me it will take 15 days for the results then shortly after that i get another one that says 10 days. Nothing about we are so sorry for what happened and we are sending you the replacement. At this point I do not believe I will get it. Quit frankly this is not the response i expected from Versace. I would never buy anything from them again. I do not trust them and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Also they said they were going to send me an email after I ahd submitted the photos and Versace never did.

I wouldn’t order from online Versace as tha take weeks to send ur parcel are rude to talk to have no manager or complaints department. I would stay away from Versace online shopping because kno matter what the fault is ur be in the wrong

Per ben 2 volte in un mese è accaduto che ho fatto l ordine, pagato e ricevuto mail di conferma, dopo pochi giorni mi è arrivata una mail che l ordine è stato annullato inquanto non c' era disponibilita del prodotto. Deluso per la poca serietà e MAI ho ricevuto un trattamento del genere da altre aziende.

Versace fails again!

Of all the luxury brands I regularly buy from, I can honestly say that Versace has the worst customer service. In my interactions with their CS reps I almost always sense a "guarded" disposition from the get-go, that's very "off-putting" and can be easily interpreted as "we don't care about you".

In my own experience, I've found that Versace is never quick, by any reasonable measurement, to offer satisfactory solutions to customers seeking assistance with their issues. They don't call you back. They don't respond to your emails. They don't follow up with the actions they told you they would take. In general, their approach seems to follow a "cookie-cutter" formula that's simply unacceptable, especially from one of the highest-end fashion brands in the world.

It's quite disheartening to see that, just on Trustpilot, 77% of the 173 reviews Versace has received to date are BAD and that their rating is an abysmal 1.8 (or POOR). I can't help but to wonder what the late Gianni Versace would think of all this and if Donatella knows about it.

I truly love Versace's designs, the label's history and what it represents, and sincerely hope that management pays attention to these issues and stop taking customers for granted.

Poor product quality, bad customer service

I recently tried to buy a pair of boots from Versace - The Greca Boots. I bought it for the first time on March 25, 2022. It arrived a couple of weeks later. I wore it not more than five times, and the sole started to detach from the leather. I felt that if I wore it one more time, the boots would leave me barefoot. I then got in touch with Versace, which sent me a label to return the product.

Because I really loved the way the product looked, I decided to try again. I was buying something from a high-fashion brand, and I thought that maybe the initial item I purchased was defective and that I would get a better and more sturdy pair of boots. And again, I found the same issue - after wearing it a couple of times.

I then realized that the product was cheap, with poor quality materials. But the price is pretty high, which doesn't match my expectations.
I then emailed Versace and got back that they would send me a label and I would be able to return the item, but they stated that "such boots are to be used with utmost care due to the delicate nature of their leather" implying that I was responsible for the defects. Well, I expected I could normally wear a 700 pounds pair of boots, like any other pair of boots. That was disrespectful, and I would never expect such a cheap excuse from a hi-fashion brand.

I took the item (AGAIN) to the post office on June 3 and got the tracking number. The item tracking didn't update for two weeks, and now it has updated, telling me there's an open investigation since the item is lost.

I emailed Versace's customer care, and they said that I need to wait for the investigation, and in the meantime, they're holding my money.

None of the above is my fault, while Versace still holds my money:

The quality of the boots;
The delay in the return;
The service Versace chooses to return problematic products.

I want my refund ASAP, and I strongly encourage my friends not to purchase anything from this brand, as they didn't show any respect for my money and myself as a client.

Don't buy one, as the materials are similar to any fast, cheap fashion store.

Ho ordinato una maglietta per mio figlio sul sito, effettuando il pagamento e ricevendo email di conferma.
Dopo qualche ore ricevo una mail che mi dice che l'ordine è annullatto perchè la maglietta non è disponibile.
1. Non è colpa mia se il loro sito non aggiorna le disponibilità in tempo reale
2. Non mi è stata proposta nessuna alternativa / soluzione
3. Ho scritto al servizio clienti che ovviamente non mi ha risposto
