Our little dog became quite ill suddenly late Saturday evening and Vets Now were there for us. Options were discussed and costs clearly explained in advance. There was very little waiting time, even though they were already extremely busy. He was kept in overnight, treated and watched over, and restored to us much improved. All involved were extremely caring at a very anxious time, and we are very grateful.

It Was a Bank Holiday and we needed a vet. Vets Now were on hand thankfully. Wouldn't want to use them too regularly because of costs but they were all very good.

The vets were waiting for us and worked very quickly to see my dog, they were clear with what they had done and with ongoing advice.

I am really great full for the care and service provided by by both the receptionist and the vet in which I had encounters with and how friendly they were towards me and especially there care they gave towards my rabbit throughout the night.

Lovely staff when we arrived, everything explained well. So easy to get an appointment too. Very happy!

The vet passed on information to help me decide whether I wanted to see her as an emergency or not, however, the information given at the end of the appointment which could have been passed on before would've meant that I would've waited until morning. Also in the appointment, the vet said what needed to be done to check if my dog was ok or not after inhaling a grass seed, but made my daughter do it. She didn't examine my dog or perform the task or anything then said what could've been said before and I was charged £320! The receptionist was very nice though.

They were very kind and understanding and got moving very quickly regarding my dogs health. They also explained everything thoroughly every step of the way.

So expensive, charged £55 for. £10 medication, total bill huge, also cut skin when shaving him for bloods left nasty rash, very disappointed but what choice do you have on a Sunday when your dog is unwell, takes advantage of people when they are totally vulnerable, morally so wrong

We came in on an emergency appointment and the staff were incredible. They instantly looked at my little boy and kept me updated every step of the way, as well as being lovely.

Got me an appointment straight away, really polite & helpful vet & receptionist. Thorough health check and diagnosis plus reassurance, very happy with all aspects of care.

Another emergency during the Easter weekend with our elderly cat. She was treated expertly and we were able to take her home the following day.
The vets we saw spent some time with us explaining her treatment and the cost involved. Luckily she is insured.
A problem with our cat's calcium levels was discovered and the vet promised to phone us about a specific blood test after she had contacted the laboratory.
Very pleased with Vets Now and their excellent service.

Professional and helpful. Offered me an online consultation. How my cat was at the time the advice was spot on. He worsened the next day and was taken in as a semi emergency and 2 diagnoses made. The friendly compassionate vet gave advice correct at the time
