Ho provato la crema neovadiol longevity è buonissima ha una profumazione bellissima ,lascia la pelle morbida e luminosa sinceramente non me lo aspettavo . Veramente un ottimo prodotto,molto apprezzata.

Ho acquistato Aminexil Clinical REGEN BOOSTER Dercos della Vichy, sono molto soddisfatta del prodotto ma ad una mia domanda al servizio clienti come dovevo gestire il prodotto per avere dei risultati ottimali, mi è stato risposto così:

Secondo me, quando immetti un prodotto sul mercato, devi anche essere in grado di dare dei consigli specifici sull’uso di questo prodotto.

Vichy makes great products, but their customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Two weeks after placing my order, I received an email stating that it had been cancelled without any explanation, and I was instructed to reorder. When I did, the items were no longer on sale and the promotional gift was no longer available.

Shortly after that, I received another email saying that both my original order and my second order had shipped, which made absolutely no sense. I emailed customer service to ask for clarification and received no response. When I finally managed to speak to someone, I was told that someone would follow up with me—no one ever did. I followed up again and still received no response whatsoever.

For a company of this size, the lack of communication and accountability is shocking. Their customer service is essentially nonexistent and, quite frankly, embarrassing.

Jeg tænker kontakter apoteker hovedsædet.
I mange år har jeg brugt Vichy, men det er ikke kvalitet længere.
Jeg har i sidste uge sendt en reklamation til hovedsædet. De bad om jeg sendte øjencremer retur. Det gjorde jeg. Men der var 2 cremer forrinden, med nøjagtig det samme problem i toppen af emballagen. Den første troede jeg var en fejl. Så købte en ny, og toppen knækkede af igen. Henvendte mig til apotek, som ikke ville sende retur, eller tage ansvar for fejlen. De sagde til mig det nok var et dårligt batch, men ville ikke sende retur for mig. Købte en tredje, og ved gud om det ikke skete igen.
Fik nok, og henvendte mig til Vichy.
Jeg modtager så en pakke med 1 creme i, samt et par prøver på ting jeg ikke kan bruge, hvilket man ville have vidst, hvis man havde gidet spørge ind til hvad hud jeg har, og hvilke dufte jeg bruger osv osv osv.
Det undre mig, at man sender en pakke til mig med prøver, istedet for at sende det antal cremer som var årsagen til min henvendelse. Man nægter at tage ansvar overhovedet. Affejer mig med en enkelt creme. Og så siger man det er fordi jeg ik har gemt de 2 andre tuber!!!!!!! Som om man gad skrive ind til dem hvis det var en enkeltstående hændelse.
Det undre mig, at man sender prøver afsted, som jeg nu skal smide ud, istedet for bare at sende de 3 cremer jeg har spildt penge på (600kr), fordi deres emballage har et svagt punkt i toppen.
Jeg har 3 andre cremer stående på min hylde. Clarins blev købt før alle de 3 Vichy cremer, som har gået spildt halvvejs igennem pga knæk i toppen.
Tænk at et apoteket mærke er så RINGE KVALITET OG DÅRLIG KUNDESERVICE.
Jeg opmuntre til at folk tager kontakt til apotekernes hovedsæde, så de er klar over hvor ringe dette mærke og dets service er blevet.

Købte en natcreme fra Vichy der gav mig en stor allergisk reaktion selvom der stod i beskrivelsen at den var til sensitiv hud.
Jeg skriver derfor til dem da jeg ikke synes det er okay og der bliver jeg mødt med stor forståelse og mega god kundeservice.

The first call I made the customer service rep told me they ran out gifts and he would write the escalation dept to see what they can do. It was get close to tje end of the day and nothing I called back and this time I got a different reason. I was told the gift was on your order but because when you used the code it brought you below and you don't get a gift. THIS HAS TO BE THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER. How many customers did they do this to.? I have bought Vichy either through Shoppers Drug Nart, Amazon or directly. I cam tell you they will never get my business again. Rip off

I placed an online order with Vichy Canada and tried to cancel within 5 minutes of placing it, but there is no cancellation option at all. I immediately reached out to customer service via chat and they refused to cancel, telling me I would have to wait for it to ship and then return it — at my own expense — to get a refund!

This is completely unacceptable. I’m writing this a day later and my order hasn’t even been processed yet, let alone shipped, and the fact they cannot cancel it at this stage is insane. Even Amazon, which has an extremely fast order processing and shipping system, gives customers a window to cancel orders. Every other online retailer I’ve used, even with short processing windows, allows cancellations before shipping.

Vichy’s process wastes time, money, and resources, and makes a simple action like cancelling an order unnecessarily complicated, it feels like they do this on purpose, completely disregarding customers’ rights. Extremely frustrating experience, I will never order online with them again!

Invece contiene una profumazione pungente fruttata per me fastidiosa....sempre presente...tutto il giorno.
Il contorno occhi collagene 16 ottimo prodotto..si stende bene ma la profumazione neutra non convince...

Their policy is designed to loot customers.. their return policy and refund policy are the worst. The product is the worst.. all these good reviews just look fake to me after using their products.

Ho provato il campione ( partecipo sempre per ottenerlo perché sono un soggetto allergico ) Neovadiol rose platinium e come sempre mi sono trovata benissimo spero di provare tutte e 3 le gamma .È un'azienda con tutto rispetto migliore di tante altre uscite adesso perché lo studio nei laboratori avviene da tanto tempo. Der schlechteste Kundenservice den man sich vorstellen kann. Über zwei Monate habe ich versucht, mein Geld zurückzubekommen. VERGEBLICH!!! Ich habe eine original verpackte Creme von einer bekannten Internetapothek bekommen. Diese war nur halbvoll mit einer ätzenden weißen, recht flüssigen Creme. Da meine Bestellung bei der Apotheke bereits drei Monate zurücklag, habe ich mich direkt an den Kundenservice dieser absolut nicht zu empfehlenden Firma gewannt. Nach ca. 5 Telefonaten und 5 Mails mit Fotos etc. bekam ich eine Mail, mit der Zusage, dass ich nach Angabe der Kontonummer mein Geld zurückerhalte. Aber dies ist leider nie passiert...Einfach nur unterirdisch! 30 Euro für die Tonne. NIE WIEDER!

Auch nach weiteren 2,5 Monaten kein Geld bekommen. Ich wollte noch auf einer anderen Plattform bewerten, dies wurde untersagt....

Same issues a many others. Terrible customer service. I have been waiting for almost a month for my order and Vichy won't do anything about it. I have contacted the courier and they are no help either. I will not be ordering from them again. I wanted to order in Canada but never again.

Jeg har købt jeres skælshampoo Dercos ds og finder det dybt kritisabelt, at I putter så ekstremt meget parfume i produktet. Ved I ikke, at parfume er kendt for at give allergi? Det er en såkaldt irritant, som gør, at hovedbunden bliver endnu mere irriteret. Og det er vel det modsatte af, hvad der er tiltænkt? Så jeg foreslår hermed, at I fjerner parfume fra dette produkt. Det er gammeldags at bruge parfume. Og at gøre det i et medicinsk produkt er decideret uintelligent.

Worst service ever, I highly do not recommend Vichy their name should be vishitty service. took 20 days to deliver and courrier returned package without notifying me. Terrible experience, terrible customer service. Shitty products

I ordered a few products from Vichy. They delivered it to the wrong address and Vichy refuses to do anything about this. Their customer service is pathetic. They won’t refund me or replace the items they delivered to the wrong address. I will never buy anything Vichy again.
