He probado el champú Dercos anticaspa 2 en 1. Es eficaz, me ha aliviado el picor y la caspa. Deja muy limpio el cabello, olor agradable. Repetiré en cuanto se acabe el champú

Eigentlich ist es nicht mal diesen einen Stern wert.
Vichy 7 Tage Deocreme ist eigentlich Wasser. Die Tube läuft aus und die Wirkung ist gleich 0.
Den Anruf bei L'Oréal hätte ich mir sparen können, denn man wird abgeriegelt, was mir zeigt, dass man einer Lösung nicht interessiert ist.

Ho acquistato la crema Vichy normaderm e dai primi utilizzi mi ha bruciato la pelle e creato forti irritazioni, pensavo fosse la reazione normale e invece è stato proprio brutto.. ho smesso subito di usarla.. purtroppo non la consiglio mi dispiace, avevo un po’ di imperfezioni ma adesso sono aumentate a dismisura

Vichy 72hr stress roll on - the best product I’ve ever used! I’ve suffered with extreme hyperhidrosis since starting puberty, it’s been the Bain of my life for the last 15-20 years. I’ve tried everything on the market including prescription treatments from the doctor and nothing has worked like this. It’s practically stopped almost all of my sweating from my armpits (at least a 90% reduction). I still can’t believe I’ve found something that works this well. I didn’t realise how deeply my hyperhidrosis had affected me over the years and this roll on has given back my confidence to move to around freely, lift my arms up without worry and just generally be a lot less self conscious. I’m writing this review after having used this roll on for just over 5 weeks so far it’s continued to perform exceptionally! It’s also prevented any BO smells from occurring which is another major bonus.

Absolutely awful service. I returned a product to Vichy (item had been purchased elsewhere) they received the return March 14, 2024 as of today May 28, 2024 I haven't received my refund. I called Vichy after I had a reaction to one of their products and was told I could return it to them and they would refund me the cost. Two and a half months later no refund and I keep getting the run-a-round. One person told me they issued a refund cheque, yet another said no cheque was issued that they would send me an email with a "secure link" that I enter my credit card into and they will put the refund on there. I've sent over 8 emails, spoke to customer service with no resolution. Just awful. I will never purchase another product from them again.

Ich benutze seit vielen Jahren unter anderem Ihr Make-Up Mineral Blend. Hinsichtlich des Inhalts kann ich mich nicht beklagen. Der Tubendeckel stellt jedoch ein Problem dar. Nach längerer Benutzung blättert der Belag des Schraubverschlusses ab und man hat dadurch manchmal Glitzerpartikel im Gesicht. Da dies nun bereits bei der dritten Tube der Fall ist, möchte ich auf diese Weise meinen Unmut äußern.

Vichy's products are excellent, but their return policy is made to dissuade you from returning any merchandise. You have to PAY for the return postage, fill in a form that asks for the item numbers (which are not listed on the invoice more the site), and they want the products in the box they were delivered in (4 times too big, which costs even more for returns,).

I've been using Vichy for a while but ordering through Walgreens. I like the brand a lot but when I went to re-order, it appeared that Walgreens was no longer shipping their products. I ordered directly from the site and it was easy peasy. I received my products in just a few days and they were kind enough to include some samples.

Im Sommer hilft mir die Sonnencreme super. Kaufe ich für die ganze Familie. Mein Mann nutzt sie auch wie auch unser 17 Jähriger! Beste Creme!

Gutes Serum. Vor allem jetzt zum Sommer. Bei vielen Seren habe ich nämlich das Gefühl, dass es zu sehr die Haut zuklebt. Aber dieses Serum ist super toll!

I don’t usually write a review but I have to write this one to share the worst ever experience with the Vichy’s customer service and product. I changed my skincare products during my pregnancy and started using their LiftActiv Peptide-C Anti-Aging Ampoules, but soon stopped using it because it caused mild burning sensation and dryness on my hands and face. Later I got an email that the product had a recall and I can reach out to their customer service for a refund. So I reached out to their customer service for the first time on 08/10/2022 and I was told to submit the proof of purchase. Once I sent that, I was told that I would receive a check with the amount of $59.00 within 3-4 weeks. I never received the check and nor any notification of the check being mailed, so after waiting for almost 12 weeks I reached out again on 10/31/2022 informing the same. On the same day, 10/31/2022, I got the response that the check was issued but because I didn’t receive it, the initial check would need to be voided and the process would take about 4 weeks to void the check and then issue a new check and I would also receive a notification when the new check is mailed. As I am writing this review it’s been over 14 weeks since I notified them about not receiving the check and there’s no update, I have tried calling them and sending emails in between but there’s no resolution. They even kept calling me by wrong name inspite of clearly writing it in the emails. I doubt they ever mailed out the check or are even going to refund my money. This was the worst experience and I will never buy their product again. I wish I saw these reviews before buying their products.

Worst company ever!!! They never reply back to messages! I had to call them to tell them that they shipped me the wrong order and they told me that I have to pay to ship it back to them!!!

Har brugt vichy anti age peptide c ampuller, samt vichy lift active dag og natcreme i over 1 år nu. Er rigtig, rigtig glad for det og det virker! Min hud er mere jævn og glat. Har uopfordret fået tilkendegivelser at min hud ser yngre ud. Og det er jo fantastisk. Kan klart anbefales!

Helt vildt dårlige solcremer og dårlig kundeservice

Vichy is a very bad company. I placed my order online and I paid with my capital one card, only to received my order and the gel that I paid 52 pounds for was not inside the parcel. I have contacted the company for the past two weeks and I have not received any remedy for my situation, this is wrong for a large company as Vichy and I have not received a refund either. So I am urging customers not to buy any Vichy products as they are not a reputable company.

Wastage of money i spent 300$ 3-4 months ago but no result, made my skin rough dry and more pimples

Har brugt Vichy Neovadiol i over 10 år og er super tilfreds. Jeg blev derfor glad, da jeg fik en lille prøve med til vichy mineral 89. Jeg ligner en spættet gris. Har fået store eksemudslet (har aldrig haft problemer med eksem eller hudproblemer før). Så den kan jeg ikke anbefale.

Incredibly bad ! After having a long debate about some products that gave me a bad reaction, I returned them very quick, paid postage and they put me on hold for so long with”the case is being discussed” to wait for a couple of months. I responded to all the questions, gave them all the details requested and after 1,5 months they refund me half of the money back. Waited again almost the same amount of time and when I wrote to them in my case, they blocked me or erased the customer care email id. HORRIBLE! a multi million company does this??? How? I can’t believe that they are taking money from people
