Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry your parcel arrived later than expected.
We can see your order was packed and processed on our end within two hours of purchase, and dispatched the same day via DPD, the delivery service selected at checkout. Unfortunately the delay occurred with DPD at their sortation facility, which was outside of our control.
We've refunded your shipping cost in full this evening as soon as we saw your review. Fast, reliable delivery is something we take real pride in, and this isn't representative of the service we aim to offer — delays like this are genuinely rare for us.
We're sorry for the inconvenience this caused, and we hope to have the chance to welcome you back and show you the service we're known for.

“Very poor customer service. I ordered 3 bottles of Mrs Whites at £20 each. When the order arrived (approximately 5 weeks ago), one of the 3 bottles had been broken in transit. I have emailed customer services with photos of the broken bottle in the packaging 3 times over the last 5 weeks and have had no acknowledgment of receipt at all, and no refund or replacement bottle. I would recommend avoiding using this company.

Having investigated this, it appears that your emails were unfortunately filtered into our spam folder, which is why we were unaware of the issue. I'm so sorry that this happened and completely understand your frustration, especially after contacting us several times.
I have arranged for a replacement bottle to be sent to you straight away, and you should receive a dispatch confirmation shortly.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment this has caused. We pride ourselves on our customer service, and I'm very sorry that on this occasion we fell short of the standard we aim to provide.
DoSe Superior Hair works a treat, no more hair loss for me@!
I am on my second container of Dose Superior Hair. My hair was failing out at an alarming due to some stress with my grown up children. I tried shampoos and Rosemary oil and nothing worked.
I went to the hairdressers 3 weeks ago and she confirmed I have 'baby hair' coming up and very little hair drops out when I wash it any more. It isn't a quick fix but the product definitely works for me. My hair is back to normal.

Quick delivery and well priced
Ordered a bottle of Mrs Whites unstung hero yesterday and it arrived this morning, extremely well packaged and as an added bonus it was cheaper than anywhere else online, will definitely use again.

Fast delivery and smooth ordering process
I tend to only leave reviews when I've had a negative experience, but I wanted to make an exception in this case. I ordered from Victoria Health for the first time yesterday and the products arrived this morning in less than 24 hours. I'm pleasantly surprised by the speed of their delivery. The products I wanted were also on sale which was an added bonus. I will be buying from them again.

First class
Have just had my first experience of ordering from Victoria Health.
It's a friends birthday the first week in January and I ordered her present on Boxing Day evening (Friday) thinking it would take a while to come due to it been the holiday period but it arrived early Sunday morning, less than 48 hours after ordering.
I'd never heard of the company before now but will certainly be using them again

I bought something from Victoria Health but when it arrived I was not 100% certain it was what my health practitioner had said I needed. I phoned Victoria health and explained the issue to them, they arranged for their pharmacist to phone me back. We went through it, turns out not only was it not what I should have bought but they did not sell what I needed. So I sent it back and got an immediate refund. Cannot ask for more than that. Great service and very helpful even when they didn't stock what I need. thanks folks

Trustworthy company
Fantastic company with a wide range of products. Super quick delivery. I’ve been buying supplements and beauty products from VH for a while now and will continue. Absolutely brilliant company
Absolutely brilliant company, I have been buying the life Mel honey as my wife is going through chemotherapy. The life Mel honey helps to keep her white blood cell count level and therefore not missing any treatment. This company is very compassionate and sends the great products very fast.

Took my money knowing out of stock
Ordered osteo support today. Received an email this afternoon saying out of stock, delivery within 7 days, with Christmas that's going to be 2 weeks. I replied immediately and asked for a refund. Email ignored. They are still selling and taking payment. Feel I have been scammed. Just want a refund. First time using this company, taken my money knowing they don't have stock. Is this company legit?

I have been using VH since 2020
I have been using VH since 2020, they are brilliant. I receive their weekly newsletter, which is always informative and entertaining. Great customer service and I trust their products. I recently ordered new products on the basis that if VH stock them, they must be good. I would always return to VH, wouldn't use any other company.
