I read the reviews before i ordered, I wasn’t sure if to order or not due to what I was reading. But I wanted the shampoo 😂 so I ordered it, got free postage and delivered next day by Royal Mail!! I think that deserved a good review for people like myself that aren’t sure. Would order from them again

This is a review for Dose by VH which has replaced Garden of wisdom in Victoria health skincare products. So I bought used and loved GOW Alpha Arbutin 2% and Kojic Acid 1% Serum, My acne scars were vanishing and my skin tone was getting bright and even. I'd only bought it 2 months ago but the changes were outstanding and I loved that the formula was simple. So, even before I finished it I was preparing to buy another when I saw it had a new name and packaging...Dose by VH, this made me weary because it was already perfect but after having a quick read through it looked like it had the same formulation but just different packaging. So, I bought it and when my GOW serum finished I started to use the DOSE BY VH Alpha Arbutin 2% and Kojic Acid 1% Serum, within a day I had these little tiny closed comodons popping up in places I never break out; like my mouth and the sides of my nose...I was so confused. My acne has been in control for a year and normally when I break out it's my cheeks and jaw affected and the type of acne are cystic pimples and white heads. These mini closed spots was new to me. I continued using the serum thinking it would help the new hyperpigmentation I was getting from theses random spots but I kept getting them for the 2 weeks i was using it. I decided to take a new look at my products starting with this serum and I saw the formula isn't the same! They added Lactobacillus Ferment as the second ingredient! I researched this ingredient and found out it barely has any studies and the studies it does have were done by Estee lauder...and it has nothing to do with skin brightening. Two studies suggest it might help with acne, might! I also found out that some people have Ferment sensitivity...meaning they are sensitive to fermented products and can break out from them. Also people who are prone to fungal acne can be affected by fermented products. This is what happened to me. I'm so upset about this. My hyperpigmitation is worse because of the reaction this product gave me. I can't use a whole lot of product because I'm acne prone and skin sensitive the GOW version was perfect and now I will never be able to get it again. Looking at a few other Dose by VH it seems that this ingredient has been added to other products. I wish they mentioned it in the product information on the website then I wouldn't have bought it and my skin could have still been as clear as it was.

Competitive priced items and fast delivery. Would highly recommend.

I urgently need an appointment, the doctors may be special and attentive to their patients, but the switchboards leave a little to be desired. An hour on the phone trying to talk to someone. the recorded voice told me that I was the first on the list, they answered me after 45 minutes of waiting

There’s an amazing range of supplements, skin products and all sorts of other things on VH website.
Products are explained really well, and there’s a weekly newsletter, which of course is a way of selling, but it’s really well written and feels personal, and it’s a good guide if you’re suffering from any of the conditions under discussion. Orders are dispatched immediately, sometimes they arrive the following day. I have nothing but praise for this interesting and efficient company.

I ordered 3 bottles of body lotion from Victoria Health and only 2 came in the parcel. No email or package note whatsoever explaining why they delivered one bottle short. I never experienced any company taking a chance of delivering less than I ordered and keeping quiet about it. I had to contact the company to find out and went through all the hassle of cancelling the outstanding order. The experience made me not trust the company anymore. I probably won't buy anything from this company again.

I ordered a supplement from Victoria Health which arrived this week. Usually vitamins/ supplements when they arrive have a best before date of a couple of years. The one I received is only going to last 8 weeks before it expires. It wasn’t cheap and I was hoping it’s was going to last me a lot longer than 8 weeks . I’ve clearly got some old stock that they are trying to get rid of.
I have emailed asking for a replacement with a longer shelf life. It’s been two days and no reply.
I have been a regular user of Victoria Health however since buying an expensive supplement with an unacceptable best before date and an compete lack of any customer support I will never recommend them or use them again.

I generally love all my products from VH and the dispensing bottles they come in other than the full size 240ml Fulvic Acid conditioner bottle. It must be the most frustrating bottle to get your hair conditioner out of.
Not user friendly at all and very frustrating when you’re in a hurry. It doesn’t come out without a lot of banging and turning the bottle upside down and finally removing the lid. Please VH try it and see for yourself. It really does need changing.

I really rate this company. All my dealings have been impressive. The information supplied is first rate. Never any delivery issues. Today was the first time I called to check up on an order (I knew it was out of stock when I ordered so just wanted an idea of timeline). The lady who answered my call was very efficient. I would just say she was a little abrupt but perhaps that’s the trade off for the efficiency.

I find it hard to believe that you have as many bad reviews as good ones

4 days to delivery is fine, and I can honestly state that I have never had an item more cleverly packaged. Shame I didn't realise that the tabs were not coated, but that's on me.

Always receive orders very quickly. I love the freebies they give on lots of orders which is such a nice touch. Highly recommend the mega probiotics.

My customer experience with Victoria Health has always been excellent. The products are good however it is the perspective and newsletters that I absolutely love and keep me loyal and wanting more. If I need anything the first place I look is Victoria Health. I have left product reviews on their website and I like that they ask for them after your had an opportunity to use them not instantly which gives you time to really give genuine feedback. I also see how responsive the company is to feedback the good kind and the constructive kind.

I'm leaving this review for both Beach Powder and Decrease Travel Iron Free. (Bear with me and I'll explain why!).
I first heard about these products from Gill in the Weekend Read.
Subsequently I bought both and took them on my recent holiday.
I also took my sons on the holiday.
They're at uni and of course know everything about everything....
After a trip to the beach and before we put our shoes on, I whipped out the Beach Powder and explained it would remove all the sand.
A couple of nights later when one son was 'despairing ' at the creases in his shirt, I whipped out the Decrease Travel Iron Free and told him this would get rid of these creases.
Both of these times when I was extolling the virtues of both products, my sons were looking at me as if to say "Poor old Dear, believes anything. 'This' obviously won't work."
The smug grin is creeping across my face again as I wrote this because as I had foretold, all the sand was removed and all the creases disappeared.
Having my sons admit that I was correct about the efficacy of both products, is proof enough that they are both worth 5 stars!
One of my sons has gone away for the summer. He's taken both products with him! 💕💕

Customer Service is exceptional. I have ordered many products from Victoria Health - beauty and vitamins over the years and have emailed Shabir with many question on what would be suitable for me. I always receive a response within a few hours with a detailed reply. Amazing and so helpful. Enjoy the weekly newsletters too. The videos with Trinny are a wealth of information too.

Just had to update and enhance on how Victoria Health surpasses any other company in the UK. I have just placed an order Saturday 11/6 evening at around 10:00pm and requested a delivery day change and received a response immediately from Lara. Products are well researched and there is always someone to ask advice and not a chatbox or automated message. Thank you Victoria Health.

Ordered the Garden of Wisdom Prickly Pear oil. Fantastic product so far. Great for my skin. Also had a cold sore on my lip, applied the oil for a few days, completely gone.

I ordered Clairol silver serum which is a fantastic product. It was a great price and I had it within two days. I definitely will be using this company again and highly recommend them
