Vileda lavapavimenti turbo smart è risultato in passato un ottimo prodotto...di recente ne ho dovuto acquistare due a breve distanza a causa dell'asta che nel giro di pochi giorni si è
spezzata e non per cattiva manutenzione!!!!!...assurdo tutto ciò e ancora più assurdo non poter acquistare solo l'asta di ricambio( in più pessima e probabilmente difettata!!!)

Terrible; ignore email and phone calls. I have a ticket number and am waiting for the replacement goods for 4 weeks:

I rarely write reviews, but this is the worst mop I have ever used. The quality is also very poor and the design has serious flaws. I suggest that you absolutely do not buy this industrial garbage.

I bought an original super spin mop and bucket set which was fantastic, sturdy bucket, mop and handle. I wanted one for upstairs so recently bought another. It is useless !! The bucket is made of the cheapest plastic with a flimsy mop handle. The mop head I can only describe as bunched up cotton wool (no strands). They couldn’t leave it as it was, had to use cheaper and cheaper materials. No wonder they are always on offer. Steer clear !

Bought the Vileda Spin Mop and Bucket after my daughter bought one and and recommended it to me.
Best mop I have ever bought.
Easy to use and the amount of water the spin bucket removes from the head is impressive.
No more waiting for a wet floor to dry.
Would definitely recommend.

Had used the 8x6 Vileda squeeze mop for a while and it was ok, not brilliant but ok. But recently they have changed the sponge mop head and it is absolutely putrid. Falls apart within a couple of uses. The sponge is not strong enough and I’ve now binned it.

SPIN MOP compact
Very poor quality indeed, handle flimsy and mop head white fluffy type is hopeless. No comparison to original bought for my daughter last year. Not only is that one much better quality and sturdy the mop head is a microfibre one that mops/cleans well. Waste of money!

Ho acquistato il Vileda Revolution; si è sganciato/rotto un perno delle due alette e nonostante sia in garanzia, se voglio ripararlo (non sostituirlo) devo pagare sia il ricambio che la spedizione, altrimenti mi devo tenere un prodotto inutile.

Ich habe mir über einen Drittanbieter im Angebot ein Wischsystem gekauft, welches sich jedoch für meine Laminatböden als eher ungeeignet erwies.
Als ich mein Problem dem Kundenservice schrieb, erhielt ich nicht nur sofort Rückantwort, sonder auch einen brauchbaren Ersatz!
Das nenne ich mal einen 1A Service!
Umso mehr überraschen mich hier die vielen negativen Bewertungen.
Ich kann sowohl den Kundenservice wie auch das Produkt ( Ultramax Turbo) nur weiterempfehlen.

1 star would give 0 if I could, paid about £9 for a vileda squeeze type mop from tesco the sponge has come away from the housing after 2 uses, I'm livid.

I want to no why they have take strips of the mop head and made the pole skinner but not kept the price down. But put it up do company’s think where stupied

Having read through a lot of these Trustpilot reviews for Vileda products I am surprised the Vileda company is still in business. I have just disposed of a mop as the sponge head had separated from the "carrier" after not a lot of use. Attempts to contact Vileda customer care indicated that Vileda couldn't care less. Vileda products best avoided!

Having issues with vileda spin and clean mop and sent email on 6th August and have not received a reply to date. Extremely disappointing as they are assumed to be a leading brand in cleaning world and I was not expecting this level of service. Not good at all. Someone please respond to my email, the product is not cheap

I ordered a Looper Mop on 18th Aug, it promised next day delivery. It’s now 10 days later and it’s still not been despatched. I’ve been promised 3 times over the phone that it would be found, Will in customer services promised a new one would be sent….he promised me that he would email me when he’d done it, I’ve never heard from him since!!! they even blamed the courier. The courier have not received the item and have written to me stating this. Vileda now are ignoring my emails so I have no choice but to do a chargeback claim with my bank as tracking shows no item was ever sent. Avoid!

I agree with what most the reviews are saying; Vileda / Marigold have no idea what customer service is, despite having a “customer care” department!
I have been chasing this company for several weeks now, regarding a Marigold product, which I have previously and regularly bought, but it’s not available anymore. They have tried to fob me off and now they are just ignoring me!

I found vileda customer service very helpful indeed they dealt with what I needed in a timely manner and arranged a delivery of what I needed I can't fault them

Only had my mop a few weeks and it completely disintegrated. Leaving a blue sludge of foam in my mop bucket. What a waste of money, will never buy another

Bestellungen sollte mein weit im Voraus planen - nichts für "kurzfriste" Anschaffungen.
Leider stimmen die Angaben zur Verfügbarkeit von Produkten im Shop nicht mit der Realität überein. Ich habe eine Wäschespinner mit ca. 5 Werktagen (Auf Lager laut Shop) bestellt. Nach 10 Werktagen habe ich mir mal erlaubt nachzufragen wann meine Bestellung nun verschickt wird... Stille. Wir melden uns, der Artikel wird bald versendet. Wir befinden uns nun schon in der 3. Woche ohne Rückmeldung.
Positiv ist hier nur die pünktliche Abbuchung des Geldes ohne Versand der Ware.

Mop head is very poorly designed and falls apart/decays in a few weeks..despite being made of a sponge similar in appearance to a kitchen scourer.
Worryingly it disintegrates and sheds very small amounts of blue plastic, which are invariably going down a plughole on a floor drain.
A few different batches of the mop head insert have done this.

Will not use again
