We are truly delighted to hear that you had such an amazing holiday at Reale and that the villa fully met your expectations. It is especially rewarding for us to know that you appreciated the high standard of the property, as well as the outdoor areas and the breathtaking views, all of which contributed to making your stay so enjoyable.
Having a car in Sicily is generally recommended, as villas within walking distance of town centres are relatively uncommon. Many of our properties are intentionally situated in more secluded locations, offering guests privacy, peaceful surroundings, and generous outdoor spaces, while still being conveniently close to local attractions and amenities.
We are also very pleased that you were happy with the assistance provided by the Villatravellers team.

We are very sorry to read that La Benvoluta did not meet your expectations and that you found it below the standard you anticipated. At Villatravellers, we carefully select and represent our villas, and we are committed to maintaining high standards across all our properties.

We would also like to highlight that we offer a 24/7 dedicated Customer Service team, always available to support our guests during their stay and to promptly address any issue that may arise.

During your stay at La Benvoluta, we did in fact intervene and assist with the issues that were reported to us, including the washing machine, which was promptly checked and repaired. As an additional support, we also arranged for your laundry to be professionally washed and ironed in order to ensure your comfort in the meantime.

We would like to respectfully clarify that the concerns regarding cleanliness and the overall condition of the property were never brought to our attention during your stay. Had we been informed at the time, we would have immediately investigated and arranged any necessary actions, such as additional cleaning or further support from our team.

We are, however, genuinely pleased to read that your stay at Calura exceeded your expectations and left you with such a positive impression. This is very important to us, as we always aim to deliver memorable experiences across all our properties.

We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future in Sicily or Puglia.
