Good times in beautiful Sfioro
We spend a great familyvacay in Sicily in the beautiful villa Sfioro. We were with 6 persons, Sfioro was well equipped, nice decorated and for everybody something to do.the pool beautiful but a little cold in the last week when weather was chilly. Outstanding service from the company and our host. Welcome “basket”was highly appreciated!
We made a lot of memories #familytime!

Beautiful house
The house was so nice and the owner so caring about his guests. Location, If this part of Sicily is for you is slightly remote but thats kind of the appeal as you have so many towns to visit within a 20 to 45 min drive away

Peaceful Villa with amazing views
Frisca is a lovely, simple villa with pool located about 3 miles from the sea. It's definitely secluded - you go over 1/4 mile of off-road track to get to the villa - but you're rewarded with peace and quiet, and some amazing views of the Madonie Mountains. It's 10 minutes from the motorway; Cefalu' is 30 minutes, Palermo 60 minutes. The kitchen is very well equipped and very spacious.

Villa Travellers has beautiful villas including larger villas with many bedrooms and bathrooms - great for larger groups. The customer service was excellent - the booking process was very easy and the website and customer portal facility is great

Megara Villa
Our stay at the Megara Villa was outstanding. Property was very clean and met all expectations. Well appointed kitchen for those who choose to dine in along with two American style refrigerators.
Pool and outside amenities were great.
Very secure with gated parking.
Would definitely recommend this property.
Staff were very attentive and prompt.

La Balata Nr Cefalu
Positives ; Easy booking procedure and the villa and location are absolutely stunning. The photo's and video on the website of the interior are extremely accurate. (Not so the external ones as power lines have been photo-shopped out)
Sadly, the villa is let down by a number of things. Firstly questions I asked before arrival were not answered with any degree of accuracy. The long line of sunbeds by the wall are in the shade until about 4pm and not 9 am as I was told. Not that you can have them there now as this space is taken up by the swimming pool cover. There IS a Nespresso coffee machine in the villa (I was told there wasn't and so bought my one with me!)
The guy who showed us round didn't know how any of the electrical items worked so we spent some time on you tube getting instructions for the hob. We weren't told the location of the safe and only found it by luck in the 2nd week. The sunbeds are probably the most uncomfortable I've ever been on with no cushions provided. Bathroom towels are rough and hard (possibly end of season ?)
Worst of all are the foxes that roam around the villa at night. We had food taken from the bbq one night and had one jumping onto the outside table. We mentioned this and was told don't leave food around. So no bbq's for us or eating outside for 10 days. We were told there was nothing they could do - but a warning would have been useful !
This villa could score 10/10 but these issues need to be addressed

I would like to take this occasion to provide some additional information:
In October of last year you had specific enquiries about the villa, including the availability of a coffee machine, the sun exposure in the pool area, and the nature of the wall visible in the exterior photos. To address these questions, we reached out to the villa owner to obtain accurate information. We sincerely apologise if you found our responses lacking in accuracy.
Regarding the coffee machine, we were informed that the villa did not have one at the time of your enquiry. However, we took steps to rectify this, and a Nespresso coffee machine was purchased for the villa just a few weeks ago.
We deeply regret any inconvenience caused by the presence of foxes during your stay. Rest assured, we are committed to finding effective solutions to prevent such encounters in the future.
Apart from the issue with the foxes, none of the aforementioned problems were raised with us directly. Unfortunately, this limited communication didn’t afford us the opportunity to promptly address and assist with your concerns.
Transparency is very important to us, and we take care to make sure that our photos and villa descriptions online are accurate. We are saddened that you think we photoshopped the outdoor photos. This is not the case.
Your feedback is important to us, and we are dedicated to improving our communication and services based on your insights.
We sincerely hope you will consider returning in the future to experience an enhanced stay with us.

First of all the selection of villas is excellent. Our Villa in the Northwest was so beautiful and charming, we did not want to leave! The Organisation is perfect in all respects. Starting with the good Website, easy booking process and the very comfortable and useful App with all the necessary Infos around your booking, accomodation and contacts on your mobile. The communication and care of the local guides Ilaria & Antonella is always on the point and a very kind Support. The owner of the house, Renata was always very caring and helpful, her house a beautifully designed oasis of relaxation! We can truly recommend Villatravellers and for sure we will come back! Five stars not enough
Half way through our blissful villa break on the East coast of Sicily and found that the
barbecue gas cylinder was empty. Saturday morning. What to do? Surely we would have to wait until after the weekend to drive around looking for a replacement. No! Our lovely local managers Antonella and Ilaria are never far from their WhatsApp feeds and pinged back a reply within seconds: someone will be there to supply and connect a new cylinder within the hour! Five stars are not enough for this amazing service! Mitico!

Amazing Villa
The Villa has a great location with an amazing view from all the villa. Our Host Mariela was the best! She was extremely helpful, always asking if we needed anything. She also provides us with fresh vegetables from her garden :) Also, the airline lost our luggage and Mariela and Angtonela were there to help us. The only recommendation is to buy new appliances. They were pretty old and basic.

Se fossimo stati informati dei problemi, avremmo fatto del nostro meglio per aiutarvi.
Non abbiamo mai ricevuto lamentele negative riguardo al sistema di aria condizionata a Villa Marsa in precedenza, e come abbiamo spiegato nella nostra corrispondenza, il sistema di aria condizionata è impostato in base alla posizione della villa e alla capacità energetica disponibile. Tuttavia, siamo dispiaciuti che ciò non sia stato soddisfacente per voi.
Alla luce della vostra esperienza, vi abbiamo offerto un rimborso nella speranza che ciò dimostri quanto sia importante per noi la soddisfazione del cliente. Vogliamo sempre che i nostri ospiti trascorrano un ottimo soggiorno nelle nostre ville, e ci dispiace se ci sono stati aspetti della vostra vacanza con cui non siete rimasti soddisfatti.
Fantastic villa with lovely views and a great pool
Really lovely villa with a great pool. Wonderful views / great outside space with loads of seating in the shade. Surrounded by Olive trees and Apple and Pear trees and even a Mulberry Tree with ripe fruit! Some pretty hilltop towns nearby to visit with amazing and surprising churches. We also visited Agrigento for a day and Cefalu for a day. Great spot.
