be careful when ordering this company use the dreaded EVRI

Not good business practice is it Vionic?

I have purchased several pairs of shoes…
I have purchased several pairs of shoes from Vionic and have been delighted with all of them. I have issues with hip pain (in my forties) and Vionic shoes are the only ones I have found that help. Recently I had an issue with one pair and the customer care team immediately sorted it for me. I am very happy with service and care I have received from this brand.

I had a problem with one of my favorite pair of shoes.
Contacted customer care and they offered a refund or replacement. The replacement arrived a couple of days later.

Vionics
I love Vionic boots shoes and sandals as they are so comfortable and supportive.
Their insoles are very good as well.
As I suffer with flat feet I can walk for longer wearing them. They have a great variety of styles and colours.
I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic customer service by Kimberley!
The Evri courier returned my slipper order to Vionic Shoes without my permission and I had to contact customer services. Kimberley was a delight to deal with and she managed to get everything sorted out for me and send them via DPD. I wish every customer service agent was as easy to deal with as Kimberley was polite, professional and replied to my emails quickly. The Gemma slippers seem to have changed in design but they are cosy & comfortable to wear.

Just bought the Jill short boot
Just bought the Jill short boot. Customer service first rate - I had to cancel an order as changed my mind and this was dealt with immediately. The boots are perfect, fit like a glove and look great, a nice shape for a chunky boot and really support my feet. Love them

Poor show with delivery and communication
My slippers sat 8 days at EVRI. I couldn’t contact Vionic by phone, they just cut me off after 5 rings and told me to email. It took 5 days to get a response by email, then I was told to be patient whilst they looked into the delay. When they finally turned up one of the Velcro holders on the slippers wouldn’t hold so I had to send them straight back. However, when I had to return them I felt Kimberley was on the ball to keep an eye on my refund. I ordered on the 12th Oct and received them on 22nd Oct.

Love Vionic footwear
I have been wearing Vionic footwear for a good few years now. Love them, so comfortable and really help relief hip and back pain. This week I ordered 2 pairs of boots in their sale, I loved both pairs however one boot was clicking and squeaking with every step. I wanted another pair at the sale price but didn't want want the cost of returning and paying postage on a new pair. I called customer service and Kim sorted it all in no time, she sent me a label to return faulty pair and reordered other pair, free of charge. She just made it so easy for me, couldn't have been happier with outcome.

Ordered a pair of Gabby trainers for my partner 70th birhday on the 12th October they said next day delivery i paid 5.99 delivery cost they didn't come i tried ringing 10 plus time no one answered kept getting cut off so customer services is pants got a full refund but no apologie won't order from vionic again

Really efficient service
Really efficient service, the replacement slippers in question were sent out on the day I ordered and arrived today the 16th October. Gemma II, so very comfortable I have been wearing them ever since they came out of the box!

Customer care maybe not that bad
On September 30th I wrote in complaint of a lack of Customer Care, while trying to return slippers, which we tend to do when disappointed with the service.
I now wish to pay complement where it's due. Customer Care contacted me and and swiftly dealt with the matter to my satisfaction.
I would like to thank Kimberley for her attention and for her follow up to ensure all was ok.
Customer Care are maybe not that bad after all.
However the Gemma Slippers are not the same as before.

Disappointed in customer support despite quality of product
I’ve bought boots and trainers from Vionic on the recommendation of my podiatrist and decided to buy another pair which sadly were uncomfortable so had to be returned. I contacted customer services to explain the foot issues I had in the hope they would recommend which style might be most suitable to try as they know their products better than me. Sadly they just said they didn’t give medical advice which wasn’t what I was asking for. I was asking for their suggestions on which styles I could try which might be more suitable. So rather than risking having to return another pair I’ll go and find some I can try on in a retail outlet. Or try a different brand. Disappointing.
