Virginbet keeps taking away customers' money and does not allow their Slots and Games to payout. It's utterly outrageous and disgraceful.
And they're the ones who emphasise fair play. They do not respect fair play. I have been playing Gold Strike Brononza, Gold Strike Jackpot King, Fishin Frenzy and a few more. At no time do any of them offer free spins. They keeps given two of the features and I couldn't get the third one.
And I was playing for over two hours. All they do is take away my money. The algorithm which they used on those Slots and games is absolutely dangerous and damaging. Something needs to be done about online casino algorithms.
They're adjusted for the casinos and developers to gain from customers while we lose. These casinos are not inspected and monitored by the Gambling authorities. For the past three days, I have not got a bonus free spin whenever I played them.

A 9% house edge is just to much.
Especially considering a slots rtp is based on over 100 million spins.
I didn't mention about expecting it to be a guarantee. I understand fully how it all works. Placed a bet which was accepted, only minutes later my funds returned to account and no sign of the bet at all. Customer services simply said there must have been a technical issue as they can’t see the bet. Also my withdrawal is still pending from 8 hours ago. Used to be great
Used to be great, fair winnings etc and games playing well but now does not let me withdraw and says its an issue with my bank when I've spoken to my bank several times and know 3 others that have had this issue with 3 different banks apparently. Virgin likes to keep the money in people's accounts so it gets spent back on site.

Lies and poor customer service.
Loved Virgin Bet for years but last year they randomly suspended my account for no reason. It was a hassle to get it back (generally only bet on local football team).
Last couple of times I cant withdraw. They insist it is my bank, however my bank still allows deposits and also insists they are not rejecting any withdrawals (why would they not want the money back).
Spoke to virgin again who insists it is my bank and a issue purely my side. However, my partner banks with a completely different bank and guess what, she has the same issue.
Stupidly I went and used my winnings that I couldnt withdraw on betting on the football. So guess what, Virgins tactics stopping you withdraw works!!!
Myself and partner have again both one on free offers and the money shows withdrawn and then shows back into the account seconds later.
The bank confirm there is no attempt or decline their end.

Virginbets have blocked my account for nearly a year now after I tried to withdraw some money; I have written to their head office twice which according to their website is based in Gibraltar but none was delivered and my letters were retuned as address not found, I tried trading standards but legally I couldn't do anything as the company is registered abroad which shows their intention. I think this operation has been set up to embezzle money from people.
