I have actually had such a good experience on here and im someone who slates nearly every casino for unfair practices but i have to say wirh virgin games in particular i have had a really pleasent experience with plenty of wins, some crap games and losses too but everything appears fair practice on this site, they also like to give out rewards and bonuses back for money youve played (they even send you a letter telling uou to enjoy it 😊) i mean come on! stuff like that is what makes a gamer feel validated and like even when they loose they know there trustable provider likes to always give somerhing back. Honestly well done virgin, the one thing id beg you made happen, was to allow for £5 deposits, some times i just want to spin a fiver 👌

I have been with virgin games for many happy years and have played with thousands of pounds never beyond my means however just lately they have given me a spend limit they say I need show bank statements to up my limit they used to be the best but now the customer service team don't have the time for you and they treat you like they don't care about your business.

Why give me free spins then not let me use them

Honestly don't waste your money, these are cons and you'll loose so much more than you will ever get back! played video poker, worked out they add £1 to every game as a side bet. Even after I disabled it, it automatically re-enabled itself and took £1 extra per hand. I've had little wins nothing big and thought they were scammers. Played £20 got down to £2 and won £800 quickly withdrew it 😂 most I've ever won on any site. Fair play to them🫡👌
