My 2nd time getting a perm at the western heights branch both times from Ashika, very kind soul and loves a chat, and the massage she gives while washing your hair out is top tier, she’s amazing at what she does but the shop aswel has a comfortable laid back feeling to it also, cool setup and lovely staff super friendly, both times I’ve been, have been the best experiences for Haircare

I found Vivo Hair Salon Havelock North through a recommendation from my lovely neighbour, and I couldn’t be happier! After a disappointing hair experience elsewhere just before my holiday, the team went above and beyond to rescue both my colour and haircut. From the lovely manager to the entire team, the service was exceptional, professional and so accommodating. I left feeling absolutely thrilled with my hair and holiday-ready! Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be booking all my future appointments here!

Megan was amazing! I had old dye in my hair and it was looking terrible! She managed to make everything look lovely and blended again. Also super nice to talk to ☺️

Omg i finally found the perfect hairdresser, I moved to Auckland in January 2026. I looked up local hairdresser’s reviews and Vivo came up and then I met Irina, one of the hairdressers there. She is such a sweetheart, she does my hair (highlights etc) exactly the way I like it done. I’ve been booking in with her ever since. She’s kind, she’s bubbly, she’s always smiling, she listens to my blah blah lol. My hair is very hard to manage and very thick etc and I can’t recommend her enough.
