Most helpful staff / Problem sorted
After a very bad experience with another provider, decided (as previous customers) to return to Vodafone for our mobiles and discovered we could get a great deal by transferring our broadband, TV and landline to Vodafone also. Ben was most helpful in taking us through the quite lengthy process in a cheery manner and explaining each step as our service was being set up. We were asked to return the following day when Rhiannon, the manager, would be able to complete the transfer and hopefully everything would be up and running within a few days. Have been customers of this store for many years and always received excellent service. Would highly recommend this store and Vodafone. Many thanks Ben and Rhiannon!

I work for a business partnership and wanted to resolve some matters with the account. I was greeted by Caio and Darren. They were both very helpful and polite and sorted out three mobiles that were on account which has saved the business money.

Rhiannon and Caio not only provided me with reassurance regarding my handset but also crafted a personalized plan, ensuring I could upgrade while getting the best value for my money. Their professionalism and commitment make them grade A, top-tier staff, deserving of recognition from management for their hard work.What truly stood out was Caio's exceptional effort in going above and beyond. He took the time to personally demonstrate the features of a brand new iPhone, showcasing its capabilities and helping me make an informed decision.
