such friendly and helpful staff
such friendly and helpful staff, Imogen especially! I popped in to upgrade my contract and get a new handset, Imogen talked me through all my options to find me the best deal available to me. I was able to walk out of the store with the phone that day, much better than waiting for it to be delivered. I would highly recommend!

Angels in disguise
I woke up in the morning and my telephone was not working. I panicked as I had a flight to catch in 2 days.
I went to Vodafone store in Barrow-in-Furness and I met Heather and her staff members. She was just wonderful!!. She helped me with the process of having a new phone and recovering all the information from the old one. She really was my Angel!! I was very pleased with her attention and kindness. Amazing customer service

Upgrade visit
I went to Vodafone Barrow today for an upgrade and matching smart watch, I was served by Maddie, she was exceptionally polite and delt with my enquiries wonderfully. I left extremely happy with my new contract, phone and expecting my watch to be delivered within the next couple of days.
