Lois and Jack are an asset to the…

Lois and Jack are an asset to the company/ store in Bishop Auckland. Both went over and above, and still are, helping me with my change over from sky mobile to Vodafone. They listened and understood how I felt and what I wanted and needed. Lois and Jack are both very patient and extremely friendly, both couldn’t have done more for me if they tried. Lois is still on the case now and offered further help when needed. Thank you.

I recently received excellent service from Mark at my local Vodafone shop. He was professional, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable. Mark took the time to understand my needs, clearly explained the available options, and ensured I felt confident in my decision. His patience and attention to detail made the entire experience efficient and stress-free. It is rare to encounter such consistently high standards of customer service.
