Sonya the new worker was very helpful today explained everything that I needed to know in a professional and friendly manner
I wanted an upgrade for the wife and thats what I got

Flew into Vodaphone Bournemouth today

Flew into Vodaphone Bournemouth today, spoke to Gary and Zacaree who were super kind and knowledgeable about Broadband. I’m so excited to get my 5G broadband an I’ve got the brand new 5G router, model E5-250MA coming to my new flat tomorrow. No engineers, nobody drilling random holes and having to wait on for works to be done. Didn’t know this was a thing so super happy Vodaphone and cheeky discount because I was already a Vodaphone customer for my iPhone

I just want to say a massive thank you to zac and Gary for helping me sort out a new phone. They made the whole process so easy for me from start to finish! Great set of lads who made me laugh and actually enjoy the process of getting a new phone rather than it feeling like a chore to do! I wish them both the best!!

Andreea, Top Customer Service. Entered the store towards the end of the day and greeted by 4 staff members. Andreea was the first to offer guidance & was very knowledgeable, helpful, conscientious and thorough. Would highly recommend Andreea if you need to upgrade or switch plans for mobile contracts, handsets, broadband & more.

Brilliant service

Brilliant service! We had a complex scenario with multiple family members to port. All the staff were friendly and approachable. In particular, Kiara and Hayley were incredible and talked me through all the different options so I was able to make the right choice for my family
