Late arrival.
Arrived with my daughter fairly late in the day, but nothing was too much trouble for both Mark & Jamie. We went through all the options to upgrade both our phones & are happy with our purchases.

Battery
After the battery in my very old iPhone 7 died, I went along to the vodaphone store in Braintree. I was met with Tom who couldn’t be more helpful and understanding. He knew his technical knowledge and without him I’d be without a phone. 😊
