Rude staff
Rude staff! I went to Vodafone in Brighton branch in Churchill shopping centre to sort a problem in Topping up. The staff there took the money and didn't apply my voucher, she said go and do bit at home. When I said can you do it for me, she called me rude! Terrible customer service, dispite I got disability.

Poor customer experience
Whilst the initial consultation was fine I explicitly asked for the phone to be delivered to my home and if the contract would start immediately. I was told both would happen. However a few days later I discovered the new contract had not started and received notification the phone would be delivered to store. The store is not easy for me to get to so required an additional trip and expense to pick it up. When I enquired if the phone could be redirected to my home it couldnt. I rang the store but you have to leave a message for them to call you back. No one called back. Fearing a credit issue I resolved I was going to have to pick it up because no one was helping me. When collecting the phone I mentioned in store that I was frustrated at having to collect the phone when it was supposed to be delivered to me, no apology was forthcoming and the store felt quite intimidating. Whilst the customer services on the Vodafone helpline have gone some way to apologise I will not be using this store again.
