Kelly was incredibly helpful. She was friendly, professional and very patient with me when my lack of technical knowledge let me down! Came in store as done an order online which was showing a different number Chrissy checked the account and could see I'd ordered a new contract so she cancelled this for me and did an upgrade to the correct plan I needed with keeping same number great service by her
