Joe was professional, courteous, friendly and easy to work with. He is knowledgeable and experienced and was able to sort out my phone quickly. He didn't rush me and took time to fully understand what I needed.

Amazing and helpful staff!
The service we received today in Canterbury was 10/10. The staff members were all so helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me make my decision on what phone I wanted for my upgrade.

Being able to get good personal service is important to me.
Being able to get good personal service in Canterbury is a priority for me.
As always staff were courteous and helpful. Sharna & Edward helped me find a genuine Vodafone number about an upgrade among the ever increasing number of ‘scammy’ calls I have received purporting to be from Vodafone!!
Sharna helped me upgrade my Business broadband installation to a better deal and improved reception.

I recently visited the Vodafone store…
I recently visited the Vodafone store in Canterbury and had a really positive experience that I just had to share. I was having some issues with my mobile phone, which was becoming quite frustrating. Thankfully, Sophie, one of the staff members, was there to help me out.
Sophie was absolutely brilliant- friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She listened carefully to the problem I was having and took the time to explain what might be causing it. Not only did she sort out the issue quickly, but she also gave me some helpful tips to prevent it from happening again. It was clear she genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service.All in all, my visit left me feeling very satisfied and grateful for Sophie's assistance.
I’d definitely recommend popping into the Vodafone store and asking for Sophie—she’s fantastic!

Low cost phone help
Buying a phone for a 93 year old who want minimal cost, but wanted to be able to do calls and emails. Really good explanations from Sharna on the different models and help with setting up phone, even though the overall sale price was modest
