Another very successful visit to the Carlisle Vodaphone branch. Liv spent time exploring all the options for the upgrade of one of the phones on my contract today. I appreciated her willingness to go the extra mile to work out the cheapest and best deal for me whilst ensuring I understood all the implications. Great service as always
I called in as it was time for an upgrade and spoke to Jade who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Various options and offers which they currently had were explained to me in detail.
With the help of Jade I choose a new handset and am now good to go. The whole process was seamless.
