Great service with a smile!
I recently had issues with my phone and visited this store to try to resolve them. At the time, all the staff were engaged with other customers, but I was assured with a smile and a warm welcome that they would help asap. I feel strongly that the manager of the store deserves a special mention, because the problems were complex. It took him almost an hour to finally solve them, and he did so with professional expertise and tremendous patience. I would highly recommend the great customer service at this store.

I came in today (19th July) and was…
I came in today (19th July) and was served by Kevwe who helped my elderly neighbour get onto a monthly rolling contract from his existing pay as you go contract.
Her service was 10/10 and was extremely helpful. She was friendly and explained everything to him in a clear and concise way which exactly what someone like him needed. She was able to get him on a very good deal and he is now going to be a Vodafone customer for the foreseeable future.
A store is only as good as its employees and she is a true asset. If I could give her more than 5 stars on this rating I would absolutely do so.
I hope her manager sees this review because she deserves to hear how excellent she is.

Super service from East Street, Chichester
Masud and Thomas at the East Street Chichester branch were super helpful in getting both me and my husband set up with new phone numbers and a data plan each. We had lots of questions about switching between eSims, calling internationally and adding travel plans when we need them. There wasn’t a question they couldn’t answer. We were very impressed with their service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I have been a Vodafone customer for 20 yrs, and always find them helpful. Today Brad guided me thru the mobile issues I was experiencing, recommended a better contract, and better value for visiting Europe. He was very thorough, kind, humorous too, and this senior left feeling very happy.
