I went into store to upgrade my phone…
I went into store to upgrade my phone from this store and I was assigned to a guy called Monaj. He helped give me the different options I said I would come back as I had an appointment. I came back to make the purchase and had to wait 20mins for him to finish with another customer, although other members were free they refused to help and told me I have to go back to him. Eventually he became free and I purchased the phone only to be told at the very end there is none in stock and I have to get home delivery which will take 1-2 days. 2 days went by still no phone, I called the customer service team to tell me the delivery information was filled in wrong and they will have to cancel the order and request a new one!!! I made it clear to this salesman that I need the phone ASAP and he reassured it will be here next day and now there is no order at all. Beyond disappointed.
