Excellent customer service today
Wanted to organise a new contract, new phone but keep my old number. Spoke with Joshua in the Eastbourne store and he made the whole process nice and easy. He spent the time going over everything in great detail and I didn't feel rushed or pressured. Just a genuinely nice experience!

I am so happy with my new phone and the contract is exactly what I needed.
