Big problem trying to cancel my broadband!
I had a problem with being pushed from one V shop back to someone on the end of a phone in a call centre ,I just wanted to cancel my contract…. 3 weeks later I met a real STAR in the Exeter shop called Hayley, who made everything simple and smooth running…. Thank you so much Hayley you are truly a star!
