Got me a great deal on upgrading my phone- I wasnt even looking! Polite, friendly and efficient service from Gryff and Harri. Couldn't fault it!

I came to revnew my pay as you go sim…

I came to revnew my pay as you go sim and I told the girl from there that I want to renew it in that moment because I m out of data she ask me how much do I want to top up I said that the bundle is 15 pounds fast forward I top up and again I told her that I want to renew it in that moment and she said that is going to renew automatically. I left and use my network on the money . Never use this again.

Gryff was fantastic

Gryff was fantastic, he explains everything in black and white. Always go to Falmouth branch as we are always welcomed by friendly staff and have never had issues sorting out any problems.

Exceptional service

Went in to sort my broadband out as was using some technical issues, gryff helped us and dealt with the issue promptly, very professional and knows what he's doing, would highly reccomend
