Awful services and knowledge
Worst line company you can choose
They’ll make you pay the highest plan and you will hear different info from their 191 team everytime you call for the same reason and they will say it with confidence
I suggest Vodafone to train their team on providing the same correct information instead of telling them the wrong thing in which it leads us to pay more where we could avoid it. If they don’t know they can ask or transfer the call to who knows. It happened to me twice, the first time where a lady told me with confidence that the entertainment plan I’ve chosen is inclusive of what platform I chose, only to figure out on my bill that it was treated as extra and I paid for it when my plan was already high in money to include this service and the irony is her telling me no need to double check I am sure! And then nowadays that I am cancelling because I am leaving the country, the guy in store was telling with confidence once you pay you device plan and give 30 days notice we cover the line bill and you don’t pay it, and I called 191 3 times to cancel and I find out now that I am paying this month bill and next month ???? Like what exactly is wrong with you! People don’t find their money and trash bins! Absolutely disappointing

Professional & friendly service with a great background playlist!
I saw a Manager's Special in the window & spoke to Nathan, who was attentive, professional, polite & was able to set me up with a new SIM-only contract. He helped me insert my new SIM into my existing phone & explained the next steps/information I'd receive by email.
The music playing in the shop was really good too!

My phone was out of storage, just popped in for help, here this amazing sale assistant Ainsley who spent a good 20mn trying his level best looking how to free some space on my phone.his energy was overwhelming👍l ended up signing an upgrade for a new phone & having a good deal.
Thanks to Hussein the manager who helped & zack too.
They're a great team, l was pleased to see their team work. Keep up this guys. I'm pleased this branch is changing to better & good quality service.

Whoever decides your compliance issues is clearly not in touch with reality.
Today I walked into a physical Vodafone store in Fulham Broadway shopping Centre, London, with no less than my original passport, my proof of address, and digital debit card in my digital wallet, to get a new sim-card, as I had lost mine. It was me who walked in. Not someone else.
Well. Not enough proof that it was me!
I was rudely denied the sim-card replacement simply because the bank card I was holding was digital and not the plastic physical one. Another international physical bank card was also not accepted.
Evidently, these rules come from someone at Vodafone who despite being on a big salary has absolutely no clue, no idea, that a passport and a human being standing next to it, in front of a Vodafone employee, should be enough to prove an identity. This is enough to travel to another country, and the Police accepts is as proof all around the world, in courts, in front of judges, juries, and enforcement agencies. But not Vodafone!
The second my contract expires I will run to a competitor.
Vodafone is so out of touch with the people and with basic common sense that they cannot possibly offer me a decent service with stuff that matters, and little things like this are evidence of their utter incompetence, obviously starting from the top decision-making circle who have decided to adopt the most absurd "computer says no" attitude.
