Went to Vodafone shop in Silverburn to purchase a new iPhone for myself. Had Jamie as my server and I had no complaints. Excellent customer service all round and was a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend to anyone going to purchase a phone xx

Fantastic service
Visited the store to check out the new Pixel 9 phones. I spoke to Kieran - the manager - and he was just excellent. Fully explained the options available including the benefits of trading in my existing phone so ended up with the 9 pro xl on an amazing deal and left my existing phone provider after over 20 years. All the staff were great - would highly recommend this store.
