I had experiences with 2 different…
I had experiences with 2 different members of the store team on the same day and both were great. Jess and Matt. Both very efficient and professional and each able to assist with my requests. Knowledgable about products and offers and also able to cater to myself exclusively rather than treat me like “another one”. I left the store very impressed with the service I received and with the product I left with. Both are a credit to the team.

Dennis was extremely helpful
Dennis was extremely helpful and efficient in sorting out my phone problem (embarrassingly fast...I had tried)..and sorting a new contract.
He also helped with a new broadband contract...which saved me money.
All done with a smile on his face.
So good to be able to go to a shop and speak to a real..and competent person.

Chris was great
Chris was great. I didn't realise my other sim was due, he got me a deal with Internet and it's cheaper than what I was paying. Came in for a friend, but there was a deal going that I couldn't miss out on. Chris seen what I get currently and formed a contract that I immediately loved. Really appreciated it. Thank you.
