I was on pay as you go and topping up…
I was on pay as you go and topping up was becoming difficult, I saw Megan in Great Yarmouth and she got me a great deal on a sim and now I don't have to worry about topping up and it's all automatic

Gt Yarmouth - Very impressed with service with all…
Very impressed with service with all staff. Had a very personnel service nothing was too much. At 1 stage we were the only ones in the shop and every team member was helping and assisting us with our queries. Highly recommend Vodafone Gt Yarmouth.

Vodafone, where have you been all my life ??. Excellent broadband speed, updated all the way and a faultless service. You have given me 3 times the speed for a third of the price I was paying with my previous provider. . . What’s not to like.

Swapping from sky to Vodafone
I took my mother and father in law in to change their sim only pay monthly contracts from sky to Vodafone at the Great Yarmouth store on Tuesday 19th August staff members Luke and Jasmin were great in dealing with them and made the transition over simple , all of the staff in store were very welcoming and friendly and I would definately recommend the store to anyone

5 Star Customer Service
Today we went into the Gt Yarmouth High Street store to ask for some advice on a contact and ended up upgrading four plans for the whole family.
We were looked after by Ashley, who was extremely helpful and looked through various options to see what suited us the best based on our use, he was very patient and friendly and didn't rush us. Great customer service from Ashley and his team, 5 star service.

Fantastic visit to the Great Yarmouth store
Visited the Great Yarmouth store for an upgrade. Luke was very helpful and friendly. He even helped me claim a free gift that came with my new phone. Every question got answered and everything was clearly explained to me throughout the whole transaction. He seemed very happy to help. Would definitely recommend visiting this store. Luke made the whole transaction so easy and stress free.

One Star in terms of Vodafone UK (Not Vodafone GY) Mobile Internet now been down for a toal of 48 hours now Re: NR302PR...The Young lady in the shop (Who was extremely helpful and supportive) informed me the Vodafone Internet was down...Absolutely NO communications from Vodafone..Discusting way to treat customers, not even so much as a Text message informing me of the loss of signal/data feed...The sooner I sign up with another provider, the better. Say NO to unreliable Vodafone.
