Extremely helpful and pleasant staff
There was a problem with Vodafone computer system so staff (Chloe) unable to complete our new contract on Friday. Went home having been told she would contact us as soon as problem resolved. It was resolved by Saturday morning & got a phone call from Chloe. Returned to store & both Chloe & her colleague worked fast to complete the changeover & finalise the contract as we’d told them we had another engagement to get to! So impressed by their professionalism, calm & pleasantness. Felt Chloe did all she could to help us out. Thank you Chloe!

New phone
Great help to get a new phone for my husband from Chloe in the Freshney Place Vodafone shop in Grimsby.
Only drawback was the music from outside in the shopping centre causing difficulty for my husband who has poor hearing or me whose hearing is ok!!

I went into the Vodafone store at Grimsby where I was greeted by Chloe who was amazing at going through the different plans and specs of the Samsung range. I came out with the new Samsung S24 FE and couldn't be happier. Thanks to Chloe!

Amy is a fantastic sales assistant, very helpful in setting up new mobile phone and broadband services, she even managed to save more money in my phone contract and set up my new device, we were so impressed my wife will be switching to Vidafone when the current contract ends and hopefully Amy will be there to help us, brilliant service and Amy is a credit to herself and Vodafone
