Very helpful staff member
Came in with son for transfer of account from self and also transfer of my own phone to SIM only . There were a few complications but I was extremely well assisted by Craig . His patience was endless . Much appreciated . Highly recommended .

I visited the Guildford High Street branch with an urgent phone need before I could travel tonight. Rohan has been very patient with me, he advised ways I could save money by not paying unnecessary bills and talked me through options. He helped alleviate my anxiety.
