Phone email locked me out. Met with Ricardo in store who was so helpful got my phone back working again within moments. He was brilliant will back for my broadband renewal soon. Top man !

Software update locked me out of my…
Software update locked me out of my phone and I wasn't able to get into it as the language had changed. Came into Vodafone Hinckley and was served by ricardo and Cole who helped me get my phone back to normal and updated my software, will be back to see them once my contract is due for renewal. Brilliant service Cole was amazing ! Thanks again boys
