I wanted to share some feedback regarding my Vodafone SIM and phone contract to shiva and Avneesh.
Overall, I appreciate your support during the process. However, I felt that some of the contract details, particularly around the terms, costs, and commitments, could have been explained more clearly before I agreed to the contract. Having a clearer breakdown of the monthly charges, contract length, and any applicable fees would have helped me make a more informed decision.
I hope this feedback is helpful and can be used to improve the customer experience for future customers. Thank you for your assistance, and I appreciate your time and support.
