Fantastic service
Ramona at the Lewisham store is amazing. I am a support worker and have taken several adults with learning disabilities in to get them a phone and contract. Ramona is my go to person. She is so helpful and friendly and takes the time to explain things simply. She is a true professional and lovely with it! Thank you Ramona.

I went to Vodafone to get my SIM card fixed as I was unable to send SMS texts for ages. I had previously gone to other Vodafone stores but the problem continued. However, my visit to the Lewisham branch solved the problem thanks to Ramona, who was very helpful and kind. Thank you for your help!
