Renewing contract
Jason who served me was very helpful and his advice was excellent, he was very patient and polite so from going into the store to maybe changing my broadband supplier i renewed my contract and added 2 new mobile sims contract thanks for your help Jason.

Jake from the Vodafone Llandudno store was AMAZING with us! He migrated us from 3 to Vodafone and ensured we not only got the best deal but went out of his way to ensure we left the store with exactly what we were after. Despite challenges with the system he was persistent and was determined to ensure we left the store with what we were after. He listened to everything we wanted and made sure our needs were met whilst also being friendly and professional. He wasn’t pushy at all and didn’t make us feel sold to, but made us feel like a valued customer. Thanks Jake! You’re a star and a true credit to VodafoneThree!
