Joao was really helpful today.Great experience in-store today.My phone was stolen and joao helped me with a sim replacement which was a really stressful situation. He explored options with good sim deals and phone plans but was no pushy to sell anything additional. He should be commended for this service.

Tausifur’s customer service was impeccable. As soon as we entered the vodaphone we were assisted and helped right away with only smiles. I will certainly be coming back.

Tausifur is the best phone shop worker I have ever met. He helped with whatever I needed and helped me work out my whatsapp complications for free. He is so nice and def needs to be recommended to people.
