Great SIM card help for visitors

We were visiting from Canada and needed SIM cards, which we’ve never done before. We received wonderful and friendly help. We’re all set for our trip!

Jay was brilliant

Jay was brilliant. He sorted out multiple issues with my account. I have 3 people on my account and Jay helped sort a more suitable plan for me and my daughters. My daughter’s phone had died and as a student finishing her degree in 2 weeks we needed a quick resolution. Jay provided that and all with patience and a smile.

I was today at the vodafone store and…

I was today at the vodafone store and had store manager nuel who helped me out with my phone contrect and got me a very good deal for the current plan i have. I was very happy with the service i got from him and got all my questions answered clearly.
