Great help in Maidenhead store and…

Done an upgrade to a Samsung A16 and the staff in store were great. Faisal helped me set it all up and transfer my contacts and pictures from my old device.

Best Vodafone store

Amazing service. Came for an upgrade and i was offered a great value contract. The advisors there always ready to help and answer all your questions. Best team i've met.

Maidenhead does not disappoint!

It's always great visiting the store. The staff are amazing, the service is quick. Daniel did mine and my wife's contract renewals and i couldn't be more happy with what he offered. They always find solutions for everything, whether sales or service.

Facial was great

Vodafone Maidenhead has been a mixed…

Vodafone Maidenhead has been a mixed experience. While Samya and Jamila provided exceptional and patient service, sorting out phones and PAC codes smoothly, the initial interaction with another staff member felt frustrating and unhelpful. Overall, the team could use some consistency, but credit to those who made the effort to assist effectively. Worth considering for good service.
