Vodafone Mansfield provides decent…
Vodafone Mansfield provides decent service with knowledgeable staff, but the experience felt slightly inconsistent. Curtis was exceptionally helpful and patient, especially with more challenging tech queries. However, some elements of the overall store interaction could have been streamlined for quicker assistance. It's an okay place for support and purchases, but not without room for improvement.

The staff in the store are absolutely…
The staff in the store are absolutely amazing from the manager to the store assistants nothing is too much for them and they are so caring especially with me suffering from mental health issues they take there time to explain everything and make sure I'm capable of affording everything

Big savings
Visiting Mansfield store, I was served by a lovely person Curtis.
I saved £15 on my phone bill and a £22 on my broadband, loads cheaper than sky.
Well worth a visit rather than a phone call. There are exclusive deals in store.

I had a fantastic experience at Vodafone recently, thanks to Theo's outstanding service. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. Curtis the representative who assisted me in the store, went above and beyond his job.
He not only saved us money on my mobile phone sim only plan but also checked our home broadband and increased the speed plus getting us full fibre, and saved more money on this service too.
Something the online system couldn't do.
I was extremely impressed with the service, despite his issues with outdated computers and no proper Internet in the shop.

Mansfield store (Curtis)
Saw a guy called Curtis in the Mansfield store. He was so helpful, polite, listened, explained, knowledgeable - with what was probably an unusual query! He solved that but then went on to change my current charges to a cheaper one, to which I knew nothing about I could do. So, if Curtis hadn't noticed it on my account and mentioned it, I would have been paying the higher monthly rate. Curtis is a credit to your company!
