I was helped by Imtiaz upon asking about an upgrade. He was very understanding and explained everything in a professional, yet simple way that helped me understand what I was getting into. In addition, the store was very welcoming and I would highly recommend

The customer service was excellent at the Newark shop.

The customer service was excellent at Newark Vodafone shop. Leah was very helpful, very knowlegable and organised the upgrade very efficiently. I was very pleased with the face to face service after having had problems dealing with my query by phone.
