Selena is honestly an amazing human!

10 minutes of anguish turned to relief
Bruno Asst Store Manager was right on the issue and in a few minutes deleted the issue and cleaned up my phone. He also gave me advice on storage and QR codes and to delete unused apps. In 10 minutes my past month of issues and anguish was over. Thank you so much.

Absolutely shocking company hope they…
Absolutely shocking company hope they get fined like the other big company just lately. Cancelled broadband due to the constant rises over, 100% in 2 years. Had been a customer for over 10 years. They decided to lock my phone as I had also Cancelled my mobile contract some time back. They apologised for the inconvenience said it wasn't locked been 2 months now still can't send/receive calls text at one point disconnected in such a way I could even use the phone as a Bluetooth device to connect to my new service providers broadband. Stay well clear. Happy to take your money when all's good but will remotely hamper your service when you leave due to constant plan rises. My local store when visited twice have done little to resolve the lengthy issue.

Connection compensation
On Sat, May 9, 11:09 AM (1 day ago) I received a communication that I had received £12.92 in compensation for Vodafone not providing a service. would like to fill you in with the data that I still hold as the connection should have been made on 20-03-2.26, but we went without service for another 35 days including end date of calculation with the official confirmation from Vodafone received on April 27th 2026, 39 days including end date.
This total compensation now expected and demanded is 39 days x £6.24 per day= £243.36. This was written to you via the postal system to Customer Relations Manager,
Vodafone Limited,
The Connection,
Newbury,
Berkshire,
RG14 2FN
As requested for complaints, but no response has been made.

I understand that you're querying the compensation amount you received and believe that additional compensation is due based on the length of time you were without service.
I appreciate that you've calculated the period without service as 39 days and believe compensation of £243.36 should be payable. I also understand that you previously sent correspondence to our Customer Relations team at the Newbury address and have not yet received a response.
As compensation disputes and reviews are handled by the dedicated Complaints/Customer Relations team, we recommend allowing them the opportunity to review your case and respond to your written complaint. If you haven't received an acknowledgement or response within the expected timeframe, you may wish to submit a follow-up complaint through Vodafone's official complaints channels, referencing your previous correspondence and the compensation calculation you've provided.
